Fox kisses back, slowly sitting up so that Arrow doesn't have to lean over so far.

And arrow decides that now is the right time to fully open his mind to Fox. They've never done this before, since it was a very intimate experience, but Arrow feels the need to let Fox know exactly how he felt when he thought the mage was going to take him away, and abuse him, and then the elation he felt when Fox showed up, but also the shame at being caught kissing another man. Then he shows Fox the paralyzing fear he had that Fox would get hurt, or killed.
And lastly, he shows Fox how deep his feelings are for the other man. He lets Fox see just how long Arrow had wanted him, and how much he loved the adept.

Snowfox blinks at first, because Arrow opening his mind like that was rather unexpected. He's deeply touched by the things the scout showed him though. By the end he's just left gaping, "I-I don't know what to say."

The adept nods, because he does love arrow. He wraps an arm around Arrow, and kisses him deeply.
