"You have great hair" Felina grinned at Oassu's reaction and ruffled his hair. "Why not spend the rest of the day in that form? You look good in it. It will give the ninjas a small surprise" she suggested.
Satoshi snickered at Zadina's response to Seph "She doesn't look that bad. On a serious note be cautious but don't be so tense. We don't want you accidentally hitting one of us"
Hayate shook his head "You shouldn't be pushy Felina. Feel free to change back. The entrance doesn't look like its guarded" he noted and pointed to the cave entrance in front of them.

Itaka reddened and stiffened a little before shaking himself back to normal "Uh....yea she should change back...demon skin is tougher than human skin it's more combat effective" he coughed out.
Oassu smiled as he walked past Itaka "I guess Itaka liked it a little too much" he whispered to Felina as he tried to fix his hair.
Zadina blushed and walked up to Seph "Sorry Miss Seph...your outfit looks nice" he said hanging his head before walking over to Satoshi and Hayate. He cast Scan on the cave entrance "I detect no humans but still there may be a few traps" he said quickly trying to redeem his mistake.
Mari patted Hebal on the back "Your one tough lady, I can't wait to see you in action later on"

Alpha shrugged looking at the entrence "They will short staffed after yesterday and are most likely protecting the nethicite weapons." he concluded walking inside
Seph nodded "It doesn't make that much difference really but ok" she changed back into her usual form "don't expect it to see that form again anytime soon." she added.
"I wouldn't say I'm anything that special" Hebal answered modestly "Its that mountain there we need to go around" she pointed to a small one on the left.

Felina grabbed hold of Oassu's hand as they entered the dark cave "We all know Itaka has a crush on Seph anway. And you should leave your hair like that. It looks cute when a little messy" she whispered back.
Hayate followed Felina in and formed a small fireball in his hand so the group could see better.
Satoshi casually walked through the darkness "If you want to be useful Zadina you coukd give us some more light" she hinted.

Zadina made a tiny lightning storm in the palm of his hand creating a little light for the group.
Oassu rolled his eyes and left his hair alone "Fine if you say so. I'm sure something will come of his crush soon"
Itaka grinned "You look good in any form" he teased Seph as he caught up with Satoshi. "Things should get a little rougher from here on out we had to fight plenty of monsters last time" he said seriously "And they left a pretty mark on me too" he said rubbing his arm.
The convoy of villagers groaned as they marched around the mountain. Mari shook her head "Don't put yourself down so much you have a hard path to walk you should be proud of your achievements" she said with a smile.

Seph ducked as a group of bats flew past her head "so far this end of the cave doesn't seem too bad"
"We haven't gone too far in yet" Alpha pointed out burning a wolf like fiend in front of him until it was nothing more than charcoal. "They'll be more frequent in no time
Hebal turned around to face the villagers "Come on guys. Theres not much further to go after this" she encouraged then turned back round. "I'm just one of those people who want a little more from life"

"Which is why you need to be the most careful" Satoshi replied sticking her tounge out at Itaka.
Felina jumped as the bats flew by her shoulder "I hate those creatures" she sighed as she passed the familiar sight of nethicite crystals.
Hayate glanced over at Alpha "They are more frequent than you think" he told the demon while firing an arrow into a snake next to his foot.

Oassu frowned at the bats that circled around and headed back towards them. He let go of Felina "Sorry Felina but I need both hands for this" he said forming a handsigns causing the bats to disappear in a burst of flame.
Itaka sighed "How do the ice ninja get anything done down here with all these fiends buggin them" he said pulling out his sword as a panther leapt at him he sliced through it leaving a large sparkly trail. Itaka bent down to examine the sparkly substance in the creatures blood. "Nethicite" he grunted crushing a fragment in his hands "This doesn't bode well"
Zadina poked at the pieces of nethicite "Is this what they mean by weapons?" he said making a note in his book.
Mari sighed "Believe me I totally understand what you mean" she giggled as the airship came into sight "That fortress is your transport?" she asked

Seph turned around and blocked the blade of a giant. She kicked it in stomach, forcing it backwards before directing her sword right through it "Maybe they just deal with it like we are doing now"
"Stop hanging around or they'll get your other arm." Alpha scolded Itaka while blasting away a bomb. "Nethicite is a great source of fuel but has much destructive properties" he explained to Zadina.
"It''s not really a fortress inside but yea. We fly from place to place in this" Hebal replied with a grin. I wonder if Mari or any of these people have seen an airship before

Hayate moved Zadina out the way of an on coming fiend and fired an arrow directly into it's single eye "Now is not the time to be making notes in your book"
Satoshi teleported past a malboro then summoned a ring of flames around it. She then followed up her attack with a fireball jutsu "They could be keeping the fiends out the main area with some sort of jutsu"
Felina nodded allowing Oassu to let go of her. She formed a protective bubble around everyone protecting them from the fiends "Forget about those creatures and save your strength for the ninjas" she advised them.

Itaka frowned "Thats not going to happen again, the nethicite actually has to penetrate the skin," he pointed his finger at the Marlboro Satoshi was laying down attacks on and at the bomb Alpha blasted. "Though you should know by now that fire and bombs don't mix old man, also Nethicite reacts violently to fire remember?" he told Satoshi as the marlboro roared and grew in size it's teeth being replaced with nethicite shards "You may mutate it further." he said slapping a hand to his face in dismay as the Super Marlboro unleashed a Really Bad Breath attack on Satoshi in retaliation.
Oassu looked at a couerl that lunged at the bubble only to be knocked back. "Heh nice little trick" he said turning around and noticing the super Marlboro "Uh oh....its trapped inside with us"
Zadina stuttered "U-uh sorry Hayate" he said backing away from the Marlboro as it lunged a nethicite spiked tentacle out for him. Itaka grabbed the tentacle with his nethicite arm and the nethicite surrounding the tentacle disappeared, absorbed through the armour into Itaka's arm. Itaka grinned "That felt good" he said crushing the tentacle with renewed strength.
Mari gasped as they got closer "It's so big....look at that cannon....what power" she stuttered.
The other villagers reacted similarly and looked at each other in shock.

Seph looked over at Felina "We could ignore the fiends, but if we leave that malboro here it could cause a problem later" she told the elf and cast an ultima spell on the fiend.
Alpha watched the malboro grow in size and launched a flare spell at it from behind "Oh yea. Sorry about that, I kinda forgot"
"We don't use the cannon often" Hebal quickly reassured them. As they reached the airship she headed up the steps and unlocked the door "Come on inside!"

Satoshi teleported out the way of the bad breath attack "That was close" she muttered "It's not my fault that happened. Malboros usually don't like fire"
Hayate sighed moving out the way of a malboro tentacle "Just don't do it again, I really hate these things" he cast a thundara spell followed immediately by a blizara spell. The malboro let out a huge roar and began rapidly spitting out acid in all directions.
Felina formed a further barrier in front of Oassu blocking the acid from hitting him. The acid burned away turning the newly formed shield into nothing.

Itaka grunted as a bit of acid got on his skin but he brushed it off "Ow....thats gonna sting" he glared at the marlboro before jumping and slicing around it's head cutting off its eyes he landed and rolled as acid seeped out of its wounds as it flailed wildly "Stupid creature" he said.
Oassu winked at Felina "Thanks but take care of yourself" he said slowly approaching the blind flailing super marlboro.
Zadina bit his tongue and placed his palm to the ground causing it to shake violently and split beneath the marlboro causing it to fall into a glowing chasm below.
Oassu wobbled on the edge because of the earthquake before jumping back.
Zadina concentrated and brought the earth beneath them back together, he sighed with relief.
The civilians and Mari stepped aboard the ship nervously. Poking the gizmos and dials on the ship. One even picked up a ship-in-a-bottle model and began looking inside it. "This is the extend of western technology?!" Mari exclaimed staggering about.

Seph ducked out the way of the malboros acid. She was almost thrown off balence as the earth began to shake. "Good job Zadina" she praised the elf once she had watched the attack.
Alpha nodded "See you can be useful" he glanced down at the ground the malboro had disappeared down "The ground will be stable right?"
"Don't touch that leaver" Hebal ordered to a villager who was about to start up the airship. "In fact don't touch any of the buttons. I can't fly this so for all I know you could press something important"
