All of these tell me how to add bonuses to an already existing point of reference. I'm going to assume to base is 1-3 because that's what the training puppet is using.

To Calculate Damage: Random number 1+str mod to 6+str mod + Taijutsu skill bonus (+1-2 damage per 4 skill points)
