Edit: Yay for not reading everything! Um... Well... take some scrap paper (preferably newspaper) and mix it in a blender with an equal amount of water until you end up with a really thick mush. Put them in small jello-like molds and let them dry overnight (or in a low-temp oven). Voila! Paper ornaments!

It doesn't have to be an ornament... but with a mold of anything you could make something that could be molded.
Hrmmm... what baking ingredients do you have? With butter, sugar, and flour you could make some shortbread cookies.
