 "Ah, wait, don't go!" she yelped, grabbing onto Kai's hand. She immediately let go and took a step back, remembering the other trainer didn't like to be in close proximity with others.
"I-I like being alone sometimes when I wander around....b-but I'd rather go with you......if it's ok?" Riza said very quietly, looking at her feet and flushing a bit at her lack of politeness. Yeah. She liked wandering alone, but she'd much rather have company....especially company who wasn't a scared-y Skitty like herself.

 Grabbing a bowl of soup she found sitting besides a sleeping camper (he probably wouldn't mind since it was cold already), Bug crept back into the wagon and quickly poured its contents down her throat. It felt thick and odd, but it relieved a huge portion of her hunger. Putting the bowl aside, she slid underneath a fleece blanket and gazed up at the sky.
She had already gotten most of her night's rest during the afternoon after the race, and the need for sleep didn't come as quickly as she expected. It wasn't until then that she suddenly realized her fears of the dangers of the forest had vanished. It was after the race that it did. Maybe during the fall, she hit something on her head that didn't make her feel so protective, or the adrenaline rush during the race caused her to feel the energy, only making her want more. Whatever it was, she was glad it happened. Maybe she could actually enjoy this trip with this new perspective. Taking in a breath, she smiled to herself as she waved the flame off the lantern besides her.
"Sweet dreams," she wished silently to herself as she cuddled inside the wagon floor and dozed off above the clouds as the world went on around her.

 Hrm? She could feel her body being held back for a few moments before the feeling was gone. She turned around to look at the reddened girl, oh how cute she looked with embarrassment written all over her face!
Kailana gave a small shrug. She wasn't about to tell her acquaintance yes, but she wouldn't say no either. "Do whatever you'd like." Somehow she had always sounded mean. She guessed it was just her nature, she had always been like that.

She let out a small sigh of relief, both at the fact that Kai wasn't about to leave her alone, and because she hadn't been scolded for being so rude.
She quickly returned to her giddy attitude, "So..." she paused and thought for a moment before finishing lamely, "what now....?"
Well, that was fail, she thought to herself. She glanced up at the sky, wondering how late it was. She didn't want to be late again in the morning, that's for sure!

Ryou shoved his nose back into the box and sniffed around a bit before casting it aside and rummaging through the bag again, while surrounding what Con had asked for in a deep blue glow and floating it down to the ground. "(Aha!)" He cried triumphantly before tugging his head free from the confines of the bag, pulling with him a bag of some sort of chocolate cake dessert things. He shredded the plastic wrapper and pulled one over and sniffed at it a bit before licking it and grinning. "(Mmm,)" he purred, licking it contentedly. It didn't have frosting, but it had a creamy frosting-like center. "(I think my trainer would like a cubone, but I don't know if I'd want something that could wave a bone around like that.)" He might get hit on the head, or worse -- trampled by Basil if the cubone threw the damned thing for him to fetch.
Compliments? He couldn't help chuckle at the idea. "(No wonder she attacks you. With compliments like those? You need something better than that, Con,)" he offered, licking the rest of the chocolate filling from the small cake-like dessert. "(I'd like to meet her sometime, too; I'd like to see these little romantic scenes you two lovebirds have, where you flatter her so much she attacks you.)" He did love to tease his friend, but he also wished Con luck on finding the right female; he wouldn't mind such a thing either if there were any actual good ones out there. Ignoring the thought, he chomped down the rest of the cake thing with a content smile.
((I gotta go now, so just say like.. Ryou went off to sleep on Basil so neither of them got blamed for rummaging through bags. XD;; *flees* <3))

She almost went back to her original plan, wandering around and exploring the area, before her mind flashed back to this morning. Hell, she hated running and she sure wouldn't want another reinactment! So she thought for a moment, doing the 'good' thing. "...Why don't we just camp out for now, we wouldn't to rush like we did this morning, hrm?" Kai resisted the urge to curl her hand around Riza's chin again, there would be no more physical contact...for tonight.
Kailana rolled out her black sleeping bag once more, looking back at the younger female briefly, "Did you bring something to sleep in this time?"

Riza nodded, agreeing immediately since she had just been thinking the same thing. Running was not amusing.
"Yes! I actually remembered my bag this time..." she put it on the ground and un-clipped it open, digging through the contents. She hadn't gone through it much, and her mom had packed most of her stuff. How she fit so much in so little space....she'd never know.
She produced a few tightly folded blankets and smiled triumphantly, "Here we go! I was hoping they hadn't gotten buried in that mess...."
She clipped her bag back up and stood, readjusting the shoulder-strap, "Do you need some, or did you bring your bag too?"

((XD You silly! Kai was holding her bag over her shoulder when she scared Riza!))She raised a purple eyebrow, A few blankets? She should know better to bring a sleeping bag on a tri--wait, no she wouldn't know better.
Kailana gave a soft sigh as she settled on her sleeping bag, this time taking her boots and chestplate armor off and setting them off to the side close by. "No thanks, I don't need anything; I packed everything I needed." She patted her bag, a loud thumping noise coming from it as she did so. Unzippering the sleeping bag she quickly slipped in, bringing her bag to the top to act as a pillow.

(( I knew that, butbut Riza's not very...observant. D|;;; -shot- XD Haha, my mom just came in and was all "You going to bed SOMETIME?" |D; Guess that's my cue to sleep. Niighhttt Kit~ )) "Ok then..." Riza said. Of course Kai would have brought her stuff. She had it last time...sort of...didn't she?
Yawning, she splayed one of the thicker blankets out over the grass and hopped onto it, proceeding to wrap herself up like she was in a sleeping bag. The other she had by her head to use as a make-shift pillow. She yawned again, surprised at how she could get so tired so..easily.
Hadn't she just woken up from a nap a short while ago...? No matter....maybe she'd actually wake up early for once.
Riza rolled over to face Kai who was a little bit away from her. Distance; she made sure she kept that so as not to get scolded. That always seemed to be her main goal as of late.
"Thanks for letting me follow you around and stuff...I'm hope I'm not all...annoying or something...." she yawned again, and added quietly, drifting off, "G....night..."

((XDD Way to go. Usually mine just glares and says "Go to bed, NOW."))Kai kept her mouth shut, her dark red eye watching Riza, not bothering to say anything to her thank yous. She was a little too close...but maybe that was because she couldn't see too well in the darkness of night.
She kept careful watch over her, watching as she slowly nodded off and staying awake a bit longer to make sure nothing would happen to them as they slept. Tomorrow would be better for sure, she had her monthly work out yesterday morning and didn't plan for another the following morning.

Lock close his eyes for a moment then open them again, looking down at the violin he held with a little anger as he tuned it up. He didn't like sleeping at night, he always said that the most interesting things happen then. Once he was satisfy with the tuning, he gave a couple of test notes. He listen closely and nodded, the violin sounded as new.
He started to play a sweet melody, not wanting to disturb anyone as he moved away from others, suddenly the tune change all together, and anyone old enough would distinguish the tune to be 'Smooth Criminal'. Something that normally wasn't heard in the violin. The persian gave Lock a funny look to which the healer only respond.
"...What? You want me to play the 'Flight of the beedrill'?" The healer chuckled as he continue playing the odd-choice of tune while the persian just rested his head down and close his eyes.
Suddenly one of the strings snapped off the violin and slashed him severely across the face. The man manage to only flinch at the pain. "I suppose...." He took a deep breath. "I deserved that..." Slipping off the wagon, he put violin away, calmly before he walked away into the forest with a mirror and first aid kit.
Faraon open one eye, ear twitched. Perfectly capable of picking up every curse word Lock was using, thought most humans wouldn't hear him, the persian was quiet sure all pokemons would..." < Normality out of him is too much to ask...no?>" He spoke up to nothing.
[technically not waking up, no specific time was given of when is Lock doing this. XD It just came to mind I had to post it, sorry XD]
