Boy of 10 killing people intentionally? sweatdrop Like Gaara? OK, that's a bad example xp But I'm sure you've heard of that case in the UK, where two boys aged 10-12 tied a baby onto a railroad track and just watched the train come?

I'm good. Yesterday I went to a friend's place for a sleepover. We played squash and went to the beach and played Disney monopoly which was surprisingly fun =D Mostly because we were being really stupid and going like

eg. Chance card: You help Peter Pan find his shadow! Receive $100!

Me: (had Peter Pan token) Oooo! You helped me find my shadow! Thank you!!

xD

I got owned in the end though because my friend built 3 houses on all the yellow properties and i kept landing there crying Ah well xd

Gaara not only had to endure the villager's treatment for years, but he was being attacked as well.
I do not know Shisei's full story, however; I don't think he was hated by his village. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Perhaps Shisei was attacked, but I don't see why he would be so angered or have such a lack of emotion that he would kill people.
I did learn that there was a reason why Shisei was the way he is, which I will find out eventually.

And...
What the hell were those kids doing? Tying a baby to a railroad. Damn..
