Melanie smiled and started walking down the road. She held back a laugh. "So what does Zazhi, the rich man who seems to have everything, want?"

"Oh, I don't need anything at all..." Zahzi said, looking up at the night sky. "When you've done what I've done, things can seem object."

Amnity shook her head. "I don't think that's true..." She walked beside him, her hands in her pockets as she stared off into the streets. "Everyone needs something...No matter what they've done." Amnity smiled. "I've done some things that are probably worse then what you've done...And even then I've been given everything I needed. Friends...A dog..." She wanted to say something else, but then she shook her head, hating how corny that would have sounded. Good thing she kept that to herself. She looked at Zahzi. "Now tell me...Honestly...What do you need?" Amnity grinned. "'I'll figure out some way to get it for you.'" She quoted what he had said to her on her birthday, about buying her a birthday present.

"Cruel ironey...How thoughtful..." Zahzi said, an eye twitching. "...I really can't think of something I don't already have that I need, though..." he finally said, shrugging.

Amnity laughed, then shrugged. "Alright, if you say so. If you ever need though, you can tell me."

"...I'm still waiting for you to tell me what you would like for your birthday present..." Zahzi said, looking over at her with a smirk.
"Don't think I forgot about that~"

Amnity shivered and shook her head. "I told you...I already have what I wanted..." She smiled and nudged him a bit with her elbow. "No really...Tell me what you want. You've done so much for me, it's unfair if I don't get you anything."

"Having things are rather encumbersome to me..." Zahzi said, looking over at her with an eyebrow raised.
"...You're not going to drop this subject until I answer correctly, are you..?"

"Nope." Amnity said quickly. She then smiled. "But I guess I know how you feel...I'll give you some time to think about it." She looked around the street. They were getting close to Wal-Mart, so she picked up her pace.

"Right...Right..." Zahzi said, nodding his head and following after her.
He looked up at the Wal-Mart with a blank expression. "If I see one idiot on the carrier tractors, I'm breaking the damn thing..."

Amnity leaned over to the right a bit, trying to see if there were any carrier tractor trucks parked in the back of the store. "...Nope, just regular trucks Zahzi." She patted him on the back. "You'll survive."
She entered the store, taking her black jacket off. She found that she wouldn't look as intimidating to people if she wore less black. Before, she looked like she was going to shoot someone, now she tried her best to avoid that image, specially in a grocery store. Amnity looked around, then motioned Zahzi to follow her in the food aisle. "Help me look for some spices..."

"Ah, alright." Zahzi said, quickening his pace, before looking around.
"Let's see, Spices would be on isle seven..." he said looking up at a map.

Amnity nodded. "Alright...Come on." She walked down the store, looking around at some of the things on sale. It was crazy, how many cans they could stack of camble's chicken noodle soup...Specially in a pyramid. People walked by, children in shopping carts being towed by their stressed mothers. Woman talking about what to buy, discussing things Amnity probably could never understand. Teenage girls walking around in groups of 3, giggling unnecessarily loud. She droned this all out and turned to Zahzi again. "...What do you want me to cook for dinner?"

"Well, we've already eaten dinner. This is mainly for Laviatar." Zahzi answered, looking over at her.
"I suppose something that she would like, really." he added with a shrug.

Melanie got a shopping cart and followed Zazhi and Amnity. I doubt we'll need a shopping cart, but whatever. She just looked around the aisle while pushing the cart. "So what does Laviatar like?"
