Josh: Michaels, you are our WWF Champion. How do you address the Schnedier situation.
HBK: Schneider is nothing. Schneider is just some HBK wannable and I know that despite popular opinion, I will defeat tall, dark, and ugly at Backlash. Just look at my record. I am a seven-time WWF Champion. Seven-time! I am the Chairman of WWF and the leader of the Corporation. I have the Rydas on my side and they will prosper under my wing. I have defeated the likes of Edge, Rhamm, John Cena, Randy Orton, Kane, and the Undertaker. I also have defeated Schneider on several occasions. Now look at Schneider's record. He had defeated me once for the IC title. I'll give him that. But what has he accomplished since then? He lost the title to The Maverick. He defeated Luther Reigns. But he had accomplished nothing big, nothing worthwhile, and nothing that deserves much attention. Sure, he has a World Title shot at Wrestlemania, but he doesn't deserve it. Edge gave him that shot mainly because he was tired of hearing Schneider run his mouth.
Josh: What about Alex and her baby?
HBK: Alex attacked me for no reason. You saw that. Yet, the crowd booed me when I struck back for my own self defense. What a bunch of hypocrites.
Josh: The Maverick just challenge you to a match. What do you say about that?
HBK: Next week, the Maverick and I will tangle in a one on one match. I have nothing but the upmost respect for Maverick. I am proud that he has a undefeated record on the WWF, but I plan on breaking his record next week.
Paul Heyman: I would like to add that I will not be managing Maverick unless he renounces his alliance with Matt Schnieder and join the Corporation.

"Now, everyone know I have a severe hatred for that coward HBK but it goes more then that. The corporation. I said that one by one they are all gonna fall. First, it will be that loud mouthed sack of crap Paul Heyman. Paul you have done nothing. You have destroyed an entire company....or have you forgotten. Remember it was called ECW. Extreme Championship Wrestling. It would have been good to if there was one thing different. You weren't there. I am not going to let that happen to the WWF. So Heyman this is what i am suggesting. Me vs. You. your corporation B!tches banned from ringside. Just me and you but here is something. I will let you play by ECW rules and I will play by my rules. What do you say or is all that fat making it so you can't move and get off the couch from eating Taco Bell?

Congraluations. These new bikes belong to you and Shaggy.
But the fun doesn't end here. You and Shaggy have a shot at the WWF Tag Team Titles against Jeff Hardy and Drunko this Sunday on Smackdown!
