Hi, new to the guild, but far from new to gaia, my name is Adonis. I generally tend to name my characters as such as well, and tend to make them after myself as well. Which means while they may be dark in a lot of their aspects including some of their actions they are extremely sweet and caring. Other than that.. hope I get to have a lot of fun here as I really enjoy naruto

Hello I'm new and thinking about joining the rp but i have a few concerns...
Its your stystem... On another closer look it seems to be taking a lot of the creativity away from RPing for exemple everyone starting as genin... genin not having many tequniques... all the stats stuff...
It realy seems more like a video game then an RP.... I like a lot of your ideas and rules... but I am concerned about actualy being able to be creative here

That hasn't stopped many of our RPers from being able to have creative characters smile Have a quote from Mr. Rollo May. Quote: Creativity... requires limits, for the creative act rises out of the struggle of human beings with and against that which limits them. (Rollo May) Please don't say that limitations destroy creativity because I find that they do the opposite. Creativity and differences between characters aren't in the outside things... the techniques, the weapons etc. Of course, the personalities of the characters will naturally make them different. Someone brash may decide to make a melee fighter, a more sneaky person may be a long ranged bow specialist, etc. But for things that really distinguish characters from each other you don't need a system for. So you don't have to worry smile The system is only used for things extraeneous to personality. That didn't come out right, but I hope you know what I mean >_> And welcome, Adonis and Gash!! biggrin

If your friends character is a Chunin... then that means they have probably been in the guild a lot longer than you. It also means they are probably one of the adamant regulars of the guild, cause not many people make it that far.

And you are better off starting out as an Academy student. Once you get past the hand seals, and such, it isn't all that hard to get creative.

I know I just I'd like both me an my friend to be able to start at the same time but her character is a chunin and mine in a genin....
