Kai came down the stairs with Acher at hand and his chest vare, having a small wound on his shoulder, "Remember, we can't tell mommy. She might stick her finger in there..." the baby was more focused on drooling Kai. Behind him floated a first aid kit that landed on the counter.

"He is ill?" She didn't know who his brother was, but she was sorry to hear it. "Ghost..." Trina thought about this, dark eyes concerned. "Isn't...I've heard that name before..." Then she was attentive again. "Has he tried Racha? Perhaps you should take him some next time." Trina stood up, extending her hand for him. "I am sorry he is upset. How are you otherwise Oscar?" Trina asked softly, as she always spoke. She was refastening her cloak.

Kaen woke up, stretching across her bed. "Kai?" she said, sitting up and looking around the empty room. Acher wasn't in his crib and the door was open. A moment of panic set in as Kaen got up from her bed and ran to the door. SHe took a breath when she saw Kai with Acher downstairs and went down the stairs.
"How are my boys doing?" she asked, planting a kiss on Kai's cheek.

"I have been working hard. Have to take care of my family since Katherine is sick," Oscar helped her up and pet her in the head, "What is Racha? Is that some sort of food?" he hit his ear to get water out of it.
Kai's face went red when he felt Kaen's kiss. He had no time to hide the wound, but Acher's laugh made a good distraction, "We're fine, love. Did you sleep okay?" he took a gauze out and covered the wound.

"I did. I was worried though when I woke up and Acher wasn't in his crib," she said, letting Acher grab onto her finger. She watched him, not noticing Kai pull out the gauze. "Has Acher been fed today?" she asked, finally looking up at Kai.

Trina didn't have a family, but she understood how tiring caring for someone was. There was Maara after all. "Oh, no." She said, her hand leaving her cloak as she held out several vials of a silvery liquid. It was a purer form of water, but from her home world. "It empowers and protects. Speeds up healing, and in most cases, purifies. So sickness is something that can be purified." Trina gave a nod. "You understand?" She asked, because sometimes her English wasn't very good.

Tomokazu walked downstairs with his hair pulled back and his clothes crisp and clean. "Evening, guys!" He greeted, swaying his tail happily as he walked. "Can I get anyone anything?" He asked as he walked behind the bar for his usual cup of tea. It was as if he were programed to do that, now.

"Uhm..." he turned back into a cat so he could jump to the top of the couch, "My brother was raped and poisoned. The doctor says it's permanent after he gave us hope. He can't walk that well and he forgets things easily." he scratched behind his ear.
Kai leaned forward towards her so the only thing she could see where his tatoos, "I fed him at lunch, he must be hungry now. Does he have a bottle down here?"

She nodded and went behind the counter to find the bottle. "I'm sad that I can't feed him the way most mothers can," she muttered, mostly to herself as she mixed up the baby formula and warmed it.
She glanced over at Tomo and smiled. "Afternoon, Tomo," she said, putting the formula into the bottle and returned to Kai.

Trina didn't know what raped meant, but poison she vaguely understood. "Oh...I'm sorry." She said, the word 'permanent' seeming to be the worst of what he said to her. Permanent meant unfixable and unmoveable. She was quiet and thoughtful again, but could find nothing she could do. She knew about forgetfulness...but she'd always been the way she was, after Sachin. She supposed it would be harder for someone used to remembering...

Tomo turned to Ukiel and nodded, "Sure." He said, pouring another cup of tea for the angel. He could feel Lilith's presence letting him know she would watch over the children while he was away and nodded. He handed the mug to Ukiel and went to the coat rack for his zip-up hoodie. "I'm ready."

Ukiel opened a gate and jumped inside, going to his room.
"We hope for miracle. Trina, come rub my be--!!" he tried getting belly up but he rolled to the cushions and then to the floor with a thud, "MEW!" he ran around and ended up in a far away table, scratching it to get the thought of tumbling down off his head.
Kai waved good bye to Ukiel and grabbed the shirt that floated from the stairs and put it on under the counter and popped hi head out later, "I like your boobies, I'm sure the baby will too. Why, is there something wrong?"

Trina blinked, looking around. She had somewhat drifted away from everything without meaning to, which made it rain again. Now Tomo had gone, and she looked around for Oscar, moving silently to his new location. "Are you alright?" She questioned, not sure what had happened, but watching him scratch the table with a puzzled expression. "Do you wish to move the table?" She asked.

Kaen blinked, a blush rising on her cheeks. "I-it's nothing like that. I'm not able to produce enough breast milk to fully feed Acher," she said quietly, playing with a strand of her hair. "I can do it every now and then, but not all the time."
