Lilith blushed a little, "Please. Everyone is too respectful with me." She murmured, looking quite flustered. "As for the trees... I wouldn't worry about them. I think they want you to come out for them." She said, staring at the flames. "They'll die away, soon."

"If they are humans, I can easily handle them," Nox said with a bit of arrogance. In truth, though, he wasn't sure if he could handle a large group of anything. He hadn't had blood in two nights, and he was feeling weak.

Arlen looked curiously between the two adults, wondering what exactly was going on since they seemed to have a better understanding of it than he did.

The trees died away as the ground started to break and separate from the Inn, leaving a deep ditch between them. Ghost transformed to her little flower girl form and started calling out, "Come out and play with me!!"

Lilith laughed lightly, "It's really all right. Just silly ways to try and scare us." She said calmly, leaning against the bar. She smiled at Arlen. "Not to worry, little one. The flames will be out, soon."

Tomo sighed as he walked downstairs. "Honestly, I just got Liam to sleep." He murmured, pushing open the front door. He stood on the porch and crossed his arms. "I still don't get this war and I told you I'm not participating. There is no war! Both sides have to participate for there to be a war." He said, leaning back against the building.

"So you think she," Nox was referring to the girl's voice comming from outside, "will just.. go away...?" He was doubtful, but unsure if the woman was just saying that to reasure Arlen.

Arlen stood up from the chair and walked over to the window, partially because he wanted to see if there were any flames left, but mostly because of the sound of the little girl. He smiled and waved to her through the window and looked back to Lilith and Nox for some inclination of permission to go out and play with her.

"There is a fight, but the angels are keeping back to prevent demon deaths. I need demons to die in the millions. Now." Ghost said in her cute voice that almsot seemed playful. She took a flower out from her basket, "I just need to talk to you, Tomo."
"I put Acher to sleep, too..." Kai said drowsily as he walked downstairs and to the middle of the main room, crouching down. He cut his hand and placed the hand on the floor as his eergy started increasing and spreading outside to attack the hunters without their knowledge.
"Come out to play hide and go seek!" Ghost screamed again.

Lilith smiled and shook her head, ruffling Arlen's hair. "The best thing to do is just ignore her. She always goes away after a while."
Tomo rolled his eyes and leaned in the doorway. "You're annoying. If you want to talk, you'll do it here. If not, I'm going to bed."

Arlen pouted a bit and walked back to the table sullenly. He wanted to play hide and seek, it sounded like a fun game. About to sit back in his chair, he looked at the adults by the door, and then glanced back towards the kitchen where the back door was. He thought for a moment. He had a feeling Cerri would be mad at him, but eventually he gave in and walked quietly into the kitchen, fully intent on exiting through there.

"Oh.... Alright, then. But is there no way to, ah, permenently make her go away..?" Nox looked out the window, frowning. "She's rather annoying to have around, I should imagine."

"I need the demons to see that you aren't that important as they think you are." she saw as more ditches were made and more trees died because of the fire, "I guess they'll see this place and know soon enough. The Lord can't protect his own land...and warriors."
A hunter started laughing as he found a small trace of Kai's energy. "Ah!" he slipped and his body fell as he feeled the energy of another infecting his mind, unable to control himself.
"Come on, Tomo, I'll count and you hide!"

Had Lilith been spread out more throughout the Muffin, she would have sensed Arlen entering the kitchen, but she was preoccupied with Nox. "Tomo hasn't thought of a way." She said softly, shrugging. "I think the angels have the answer, they just have to execute their plan."
