Oh bother.
So, instead of my initial heart tattoo, I got another one scheduled for tomorrow. I am addicted.
I'm going to have the text "You don't own me" tattooed on my chest (in the middle, like center aligned, whereas the heart is well...over my heart).

I've had tattoos planned for years now, though I doubt I'll ever get them.
I want a set of wings on my back- blades and pieces of metal as opposed to feathers, or bat-like wings...
An Ankh on one shoulder, and a bat on the other...

Tomorrow will qualify for my ... um ... *counts* seventh tattoo! And I have one planned especially for when 2009 rolls around.

Seven.
One counts as two, because it took me two visits to complete it.
1) Purple butterfly, which is bleeding on my left back shoulder.
2) A scorpion who's claw is around the body of the bleeding butterfly on the majority of my back.
3) The name Cyan on the back of my neck
4) New: The shape of an actual heart, (the blood pumping organ) right over my heart.
5) A quill with an ink jar on my right (upper) arm.
6) The word Life is vertical on my left (upper) arm.
And 7 (tomorrow) ) The words "You Don't Own Me" centered on my chest, possibly in two lines. Numbers one and two are really one tattoo, but it took me two visits to get the whole thing done, took me half a year to complete the project.

Nifty. I was also thinking about getting barbed wire around my wrists or ankles. That's been my only iffy thought for tattoos. But there's a reason why 16 year olds shouldn't get tattoos without knowing exactly what they want, and parental consent xD

Tattoos are a hard art to master when choosing stencils. It takes a lot of money to have one removed, so you better choose something you aren't going to get tired of down the road (if you get one).

I know. I'm also going to wait until I mainly stop growing, so things don't stretch, and such.
It isn't like I'm expecting to gain or lose any weight that would effect anything, really, but the future can't hold any promises...
The wings I've wanted for several years, now... However, We'll see what I think in several more years.... >>

yeah my rule for myself is I have to want the same design for 5 years consecutively before I can get it tattooed. This is because a 'friend' of mine got "I wanna be sedated" tattooed on her left upper arm in her intracubrical area (reverse elbow) bravo for that one. Can't wait til she's 80.
