I'm going home Dec 22nd to the 27th; maybe my parents have a tree? If they do I'll take a picture and someone can steal mine. We are a community after all. 3nodding
Mint brownies you say?! PUFFY mint brownies?! All the better! I don't have a oven either. I'm tree-less and oven-less.

I should take a picture of our tree. It's not themed though. Brian's not a "theme" sort of guy. However, if we ever get a house, I'm going to have TWO trees and one is going to have a beachy theme.

Haven't set up the tree yet. Spent all day getting gifts for charity with my mom, which is never fun. She always get irrational and irritated by the people at any store, plus she drives like a maniac and get pissed over people being "slow". Made even worst when I tell her she doesn't need to tail gate a guy just to get in the store 2 seconds quicker, where she will used her "I'm 56 years old, I know what I'm doing" line.
5 hours of shopping, which I could have done in 3 maybe 2 if I was by myself.
Uhg, holiday headaches.

No tree in my place this year, but my folks just put theirs up. I'm also distressed to discover that bubble lights have to be oriented straight up in order to bubble.
On a side note: is there a way to change your default text color?

I know the tektek toolbar lets you program in a 'post style' that would be used automatically every time you post, but I just go with the 'ctrl+a' highlight and select a color from the drop-down list approach when I color text.

I Concur it is a very well made hat. 3nodding
Congrates on it's creation!
Hmm.. I'm trying to figure out a way to explain to my mother how my oil incense burner is not a change dish. especially when there is expensive oils in it!
The "Mom, that's an incense burner. You use it to burn oil in it. It's not for spare change" bluntness isn't working. Why? I haven't the foggiest.

SO. I've been trying to make a "Tiine" FOREVER. What is a "Tiine" you ask? Well, as many people know my name is "Kristiine" and it is pronounced "Kris-teen-ee" - sounds like it rhymes with "martini". Since I turned 21 I've been trying to make up my own drink so I can say "I'd like a Tiine please!" because I have a small, tiny, brain. If I ever did venture to a bar no one would know what the hell a Tiine was, I just enjoy the idea. I've got vodka, peach schnapps, apple juice, and a dash of SoCo. It isn't like OMG AMAZING but it is made up of things I love and drinkable. Shall I accept it, yes/no? Oh and to share because I care: Free Korean Dramas for EVERYONE!

Newscaster Billy Batson Shall I accept it, yes/no? I'd say no, but continue to play with the mixture (percentage-wise) until it's "awesome". A friend of mine did the same with Cherry Liqueur and Chocolate Milk (even going so far as to test different brands of each) until it was "The Perfect Cherry Cordial".
