Nyl woke up on her couch. Everything felt fuzzy. She opened her eyes and looked up at the ceiling. It looked fuzzy. After a few moments she went to sit up, but a headache that made things fuzzier stopped her. She closed her eyes again with a mental shrug - it felt like weights were holding her down, anyway. She didn't really want to move...but she thought she'd heard voices.

Nami nodded. "We were taught chakra control as a clan rule from the beginning but I used to experiment with the water, at first just because I was bored. Mother would get upset when we were in the tea pavilion because I would be sending little bursts of energy into the pond, creating small waves and trying to make shapes, although I was too small to do so at the time. She wanted me to persue more lady-like things. Flower arranging, how to make perfect tea, feminine etiquette because although I was training to be a ninja, I'd still have to-sorry. I've gone off on a tangent." She paused, sipping at her tea.
"I took a real interest in it as I grew older, found books, taught myself what I could. They wanted me to focus on my Byakugan and Kaiten, which I did, so I had to learn what I could in my spare time." A small laugh escaped her lips. "I'm sorry, I must be boring you." ((Hello Nyl))

No, it's all pretty interesting..I've always wondered how a structured clan like that worked..Aside from most of the basics, I taught myself, as well.
-=Neko chuckled and took a sip of his tea, glancing over into the main room as the man walked through. He noticed Nyl start to wake up, before looking back at Nami with a smile=-
I think you'd get a kick out of my book and scroll collection, if you like to teach yourself.
~Morning, Nyl. You feeling alright? you don't look so good from here~

~Fuzzy things. ...Do I smell tea?~ She thought she could maybe get herself up, for that. Maybe.
What I must look like, indeed...like a mess...

Pausing he smelt tea, fresh brewed tea left a scent that was unforgettable. Turning slightly he shook his head. Sighing he figured he would have to ask someone where the Yami dojo was. Looking around he sighed again, no one was around even when he wanted them there. Leaning against the wall a black aura surrounded his hands, concealing the jutsu he was about to use. Quickly doing the hand signals he released the burning chakra around his hands. "Genesis of Rebirth," he whispered. Suddenly his whole body began to glow black, flecks of violet running through it as he leaned against the wall, his hands pressed palms together, fingers pointed toward the ceiling. The hand motion he assumed now was the sixth of seven significant hand signs in the Genesis of rebirth jutsu. The sixth sign allowed him to store his Chakra, while the seventh allowed him to access that stored Chakra.

"I'd love to have a look at it sometime." Nami agreed, setting down her empty mug. "There's a strong chakra outside the door." She said suddenly, head tilting sideways. " Very dark...but not threatening." She hadn't used her byakugan yet but still, was able to sense chakras within a large radius.

-=At the sudden surge of Chakra, and the strange man who recently entered, Neko bolted. Using Shunpo, he seemed to disappear from the kitchen, and a split-second later, appeared a few feet in front of the stranger, his mug of tea in hand, his other hand held out in front of him. Somewhere during all of that, he threw a kunai towards the stranger, missing on purpose, so it stuck out of the wall, right beside his ear=-
Who are you, why are you here, any why are you performing jutsus. Did they get their hands on another village?

Ah, the sounds of chaos. Sigh. I need to sleep more.
Nyl rolled off the couch with a dull thud. She waited a bit, then slowly stood, half-staggering over to Neko iand looking at him in a 'you better explain yourself' manner.

Reaching out he bit down on the handle of the kunai, and twisted his head violently. The effect was that the kunai was thrown back toward the sensei, much slower than the sensei had first thrown it toward him, expecting the sensei to catch it in midair. Opening his palms he stopped the jutsu, his black and purple aura decipating. Bowing he glanced at Paranthious who sat perfectly still watching Neko. "I appologize most humbly sensei. I was simply lost, I am trying to find my way to the Yami dojo and I smelt the tea you hold within your cup. That jutsu allows me to calm down, releaving the stressful loads from my mind so I am better able to come to a solution. As for your question as to another village, I am the last of my village, so yes, they did in a sense," he said respectfully. Truly he meant every word but deep in his soul something cried out to return the mans attack upon him. Ignoring the voice he stood his ground unquivering.

...Nevermind...
-=Neko catches the kunai by the handle, holding it for a moment as he looked over the man, sighed, and walked back towards the kitchen, sheathing the kunai back in his belt. He looks at Nyl, and flashes her a nervous smile, before walking back into the kitchen, not looking too happy=-
Damned Yami users.
~Sorry, Nyl. I guess I'm still jumpy. I've never seen him, and I thought he was after Syoku.~
It's fine, just someone else's student. A new guy.

Nyl also gave the newcomer a shaded look.
"Yami? Look for Fenris or Clow." She followed Neko into the kitchen, collapsing ungracefully into a chair. She noticed a new person and tried to compose her expression into a less-irritated one.
"Good...um...morning."

Hissing quietly toward the sensei's retreating back he flicked his wrist, a needle jumping into his hand. Spinning it round and round in his fingers he knocked on the door cautiously. "I do hate to be a bother, but could someone tell me as to the location of the Yami Dojo?" he asked meek as a lamb, the needle disappearing back up his sleeve before he knocked.
