Guan sighed again, letting his eyes drift shut. "Arlen's gone, Mao's charge is dead, Jian was killed two years ago and his charge hasn't been seen since then, and Arlen is the only charge we've recieved in the past ten years. I can't help but feel that the order's failing horribly."

"Well there's no use fretting about it right now." Cerri whispered, reaching out to gently take his cup, setting it aside. "You need some rest, Guan." Carefully, she guided him down to lay on the mat, worried for him. "Go to sleep, love..."

Sapphire slowly wanders into the Muffin and heads straigh up the stairs to shower.

Kaen stirred, hearing a door down the hall open and close. She yawned and got up, the bed squeaking from the movement. The squeaks woke up Acher, who whimpered in his sleep. "Little one, don't fuss," she whispered as she crossed to the crib and lifted her baby, leaving his blanket.
She fed and changed him, putting him in a sky blue one-sie that had holes for his tail. Kaen had modified it to include a place for his fledgling wings to poke through, though they were more of fluff balls than wings. "Are you ready now?" she asked, earning a giggle in return as she turned towards the door and carried him downstairs.

Sapphire finishes her shower and walks down the stairs, wearing a long skirt and puffy long-sleeve shirt. Her blonde hair was just starting to show black roots again and was now just a bit below her chin in length.

Louise stirred awake under the comforter and yawned widely, placing his hand on the floor with intentions of pushing himself upright. When he set his hand down, however, there was no familiar clicking sound of his claws on the wooden floor. Lou's bronze eyes shot open and gazed at the hand in front of him. He gasped, wiggling his fingers individually. He sat up, running his fingers through his hair. Heart, beating loudly in his human ears, he stretched his wings out comfortably as he reached for his satchel. He pulled out his clothes and quickly slipped into them. "V-Vela!" he cried, reaching over to shake the woman's shoulder

Vela stirred awake, expression calm, and eyes lulled a little bit as she sat up. "Yes?" She replied, not noticing the familiar gravelly quality to his voice. "Are you decent?" asked she in a tone of voice. Gods, who was this woman?!? A tone?! It was a questioning, but happy... Knowing, but calm... Blinking for a moment, as if confused by who she herself might be, Vela shook it off and listened for a response.

Lou picked up her hand and held it against his cheek. "I'm me again!" he exclaimed happily as he let go of her wrist. "And yes, mother. I'm wearing clothes." He murmured, getting to his feet. He turned, and spotted Sapphire. He sent a friendly wave her way and a smile. "I'm so hungry! Want something while I'm up? Either of you?"

Vela's empty stomach had been getting a little annoying. And, she'd been a bit dizzy. Yeah, food was probably a goo decision. "Whatever you're eating." Vela replied, voice normal again. standing, she reached down, grabbing the blanket and folding it up. After seh set it on the ground, she sat down on the couch, a little bit satisfied, and content with her work.
