I'll fight Makenshi. Wtf does your character do Makenshi?
Tear the ground in half? Open portals? Grow spikes? Fire breath combined with super speed?

well i just got back from working on that paladin. Probably about 2% done. Got the chibi done in photoshop and that took a considerable amount of time. Added weapons like claymore, zweihander, and lances, since all it had was stock weapons. 1st edition Paladins have a variation of virtually every coding aspect you could have in an RPG. Including the following: alignment restrictions high stat requirements prestige class advancement healing spells attack spells area effect spells protection spells innate triple weapon specializations innate multi-attack combos special lance attack for ground and mounted summoning spells banishing spells armor restriction weapon restriction across the board defense buffs resistance to illusion resistance to possession resistance to mind control weakness against attractiveness requirement to tithe to NPCs functional heraldry and coat of arms use benefits when interacting with NPC peasants a charisma attribute that matters specialized stat training disease immunity undead turning demon and devil turning innate healing and status recovery multiple quest mounts heavy racial restrictions horse bartering and handling social class restrictions innate ranged detection ability innate mobile physical and magical defense field innate mobile status defense field immunity to fear Quest for demi-artifact which has it's own coding challenges including artifact AI weapon item with spell casting ability restriction to who can use it backlash if used by wrong alignment two permanent innate Area Effect Defense effects specialized 'vs' code (not too difficult) probably glows (vorpal swords also did this) potential other innate special abilities based on AI level
Quest for recovering Class if lost
Code a first edition Paladin and you can code almost anything. RPG Maker XP is more advanced in some ways than VX and others, but VX is more user friendly. XP allows you to mess with a generous portion of the script, allowing the creation of customized games. The two scripts are a bit different, but both seem to be based on Ruby.

You know, it took me a while to realize that the fight action wasn't in the main forum area, but at the concluded section above.

Why are you making said Paladin, Noire?
For fun to play around with in a self made game, or for a more ambitious self made game project?

I apparently missed a conversation about KB roleplaying a jellyfish farmer and someone else... Playing the asian kid from the goonies. Well then.
Edit: oh my god... the cartoons on before 8 AM in the morning... this s**t is retarded.

Anyone care to show me a little support?

Random character thought:
Football(soccer) player who uses a magic ball as a weapon.
No powers in and of himself, other then being a good player. Ball is super awesome.
Should I attempt this?

Daeva Nazarian Tanith I call people by the name they are well known for, forgive me but this is my own opinion.
Unless you give me a legitimate reason for not calling you by the name you are known for then I will not accept this "It pisses me off" as an excuse ^ w ^ I mean this with no malice it is just how I am. How about this reason: It's not my ******** name... and calling people names just because everyone else does isn't just rude, it obviously irritates me so continuing to choose to call me a name that I hate, and isn't me is considered to be trolling. So ******** off with the name calling b***h. Or can I continually call you b***h because that is the name that you are known for? Do you get the analogy or do I need to continue with the mutual name calling? I asked once, and I'll ask again. Stop calling me that.

Is it bad that I don't know how I'd get through these 3 hour meetings without my iPhone? Seriously, people who don't know how to use powerpoint properly dumb us all down. :< This is what you US kids tax dollars are paying for.
