[.Psycho.Doughboy.]
Kento: The master of the armory model is supposedly wearing Mk IV Iron Armor.

Also. I am beginning my second army. Blood Angels. I figure it's a refreshing step away from Necrons. I already got Mephiston and I'm saving up to get a starter army whch will be supplemented by assault squads. Any advice?
Iron Armor's MK III. Mk IV is Maximus. Forge World Red Scorpion Upgrade pack.
Note that the Veteran Sergeant in that pack actually has a real MK III torso, and the master of the chapter seems to just have a modified MK VII torso.

I was on my way to correct that, thank you. Yes, the master of the Armory wears Mk III armor, not Mk IV

I don't think I've ever really been able to tell the different armor types apart... sweatdrop All I know is Heresy Armor, and tha's because of the studs.

What do you mean where you are? If you mean the models, no, youre looking at Mk 6's and 7's. If you mean novels, then are you reading the Horus heresy novels, if so, thatd be why.

GW will soon release a special pack containing mk. 1 to mk. V armour. Some of these are old sculpts with new plastic arms and bolters, but one of these is a new sculpt for the Collectors Range. I'd try and explain where I got it but the general motivation around here is s**t, so happy weekend you lazy ********, this one is on me.

Im assuming the Mk 5 is the new sculpt out of that. The rest look just like the old ones mostly in regards to the teensy legs.

Well, i know who I want to play as.
Space Marines.
Now before you douse me in Bio-Acid hear me out.
Im not just another person who says "OMG SPACE MARINEZ ARE COOL! BIG ARMUR AND GUNZZZZZZ!!!!" No, i chose them because, for some reason i feel attached to them.
My real problem is which chapter to chose. First I was going to be the Blood Angels, then the Ultramarines, after that it was Blood Ravens, then Imperial Fists, and most recently Raven Guard.
I haven't bought any models yes, so could someone help me reach a conclusion before i spend a bunch of cash, and then change my mind again?

Looks/aesthetics? Play style? or Fluff and background?

Also, have you considered making up a chapter?

Well...
Long and short range firefights, as well as city fighting.

Ok, so i know you like shooting, both long and close in, and close in shooting will get you through city fights.

As for making a chapter, the easiest way is to pick chapter traits, or the rules of another army, and make up a color scheme.

As for existing ones though, look, playstyle, or background.

Could you give me a few examples of what chapter? if thats isnt to much to ask..
