Hearing the roar on the roof a sniper rifle appears in Kaimen's hands. "The Hunt...Is, ON!" He said with black marks appearing across the red ones on his mask. Standing he let out a Cherokee war cry and fired blanks into the sky.

((He did go outside that is how he can talk to him. As for seeing him. Like many of the Element masters Kai has a specific heat signature. Or in his case lack there of))
