"Everyone needs a place to relax, this one just happens to be run by the Devil."

Classic drink specials vary depending on the night of the week;
(along with all your favorite beers and spirits)

Sunday: The Morningstar - A cold drink, slightly bitter, served with lemon in a martini glass of course.

Monday: Angel - a bloody red martini with rum and cranberry juice, the sort of thing one wants to rid Monday?s child of woe.

Tuesday: Black Velvet - for black Tuesday, a stout and champagne beverage.

Wednesday: Paradise Martini - Apricot brandy and orange juice, a stunning thing to send you right over hump day and into Thursday before you know it.

Thursday: Galliano Hot Shot - We strongly believe that the Galliano Hot Shot was the shot that started the shot craze.

Friday: Delete - An eraser to pretend the week didn?t even happen. Yeah, it?s mostly vodka.

Saturday: Eye Opener ? a pick-me-up martini to keep you going through the weekend.

Entertainment:

A full piano selection. Sunday is all jazz, the rest of the week is on call.

Fridays (ladies' night):

Saturdays (gentlemen's night)

Menu subject to nightly changes.

Don't look at me, I'm not the one who incinerated most of the bar with heat vision.

Wait a minute! If Linda is infringing on Lucier's copyright by using Satan in her name, does that mean I'm in violation for using hell in mine? sweatdrop crying
No, I abdicated quite a while ago and I'm fairly certain it's fair use anyway.

Sorta sad when an establishment has to turn to the Devil to keep the place in working order. What sorta pact does LeBeau have with you that makes you his service contractor?

Don't be absurd Lassie, I'm trying to make this place more livable than the rubble and bad decor of previous times.

*a victorian chair sprouts under Bibgy and a teddy bear dressed as an angel falls into his lap*

Now be quiet, I'm trying to think of wallpaper patterns.

*picks up the teddy with two fingers and tosses it across the room*

Darn. And here I was thinking I finally found a viable explanation for THIS:

In my universe, he does a pretty good job of running Australia. So good, actually, that we gave him Asia, too--after we killed all the superheros...

Uhg. Obvious I can't improve this monstrosity so I might as well redo it entirely.

*the carpet sinks back into the floor, which become a radial black and white marble star pattern with gold viens*

*Was walking barefoot in the plush carpet*

Cold carpeting?

*Looks down at the marble floor*

*rolls eyes, continues drinking*

Hostile takeover, eh?
PostPosted: Sun May 15, 2005 8:29 pm

*A dark wood chair upholstered in pale gold silk sprouts under Patsy.*

What do you think? Comfortable?

*ponders changing the floor again*

I still like hardwood, but the marble...

*the star pattern vanishes and smaller diamond star spread across the floor until it resembles a night sky.*

Yes, much better.

Well, when we figured out that supervillains out numbered the heros somewhere around 100 to 1, we massed by thousands. We even got villains from other worlds to join in. Then it was just a matter of sweeping the earth, eliminating all the gaudy superheros.

This is why I'm happy to live in a world where the Mundy...sorry, normal people are blissfully unaware of anything supernatural going on.
