The prison walls started to give woe as wind blew drafts through the cells. Ike notice Cyrus look up and at the orb; the first sign of life from him this whole time. The prolonged eye contact with the orb caused it to levitate up from Maddy's hands and over in front of Cyrus's face. With a quick flash and short, spark sound, the Orb disappeared.
Cyrus sat straight up in his chair, taking in his surroundings. Ike took a step back and pulled Maddy away from the man as well.
"Odd... Where is this place?" asked Cyrus. Yet his voice was the same... it lacked a certain something that was always present before. He looked up at Maddy and Ike with the utmost curiosity. "I've seen you two somewhere before... Madison... and Ikarizu... yes." he rambled to himself. He then went on into mumblings not understandable.
Ike dove right into it. "We uh... have some questions. About time travel." he told Cyrus.
"Time travel... I know about that. A lot, in fact." Cyrus stated.
"Good!" Ike sighed with relief. "We need to know how to control it."
"Control time? That's scientifically impossible. You'd need to travel faster then the speed of light within a vessel that would some how counter the g-forces..." he rambled on. Ike rolled his eyes.
"No, we need to know how to control Celebi's time travel ability." clarified Ike. Off in the distance perhaps down the corridor he thought he heard a switch of some sort. He let it go. "You've looked into that, right?" asked Ike, sure of it. He'd figure Cyrus would have looked into every time-manipulating method possible.
"I have." He said surprisingly. This Cyrus, Ike found, was a lot easier to talk to. "It required a certain special vessel as well. Something only made out of materials some only deem as 'myth'." he said.
"I don't care, what is it?" demanded Ike. He was sure a guard was approaching the cell they were in.
"A GS Ball I believe it's called. Discovered by the Pokemon professor Samuel Oak, observed by scientists world wide, and finally found of it's purpose by an old man who lives in Azalea Town." Cyrus explained in extreme detail.
"Lights out." said a guard from down the corridor. They must of been heard. Ike made it fast.
"Kurt. You're talking about Kurt, right?" he asked frantically. There was no time for a definite answer. He looked at Maddy. They needed to get out of the cell asap before that guard found them.

"Me too." said Ike. He had noticed they had left the biker, Wolfe, back at the prison, but it didn't phase him too much. He was just a bunch of dead weight anyway.
"Here..." said Ike, handing Maddy his messenger bag along with Celebi sleeping inside it. "I'll meet up with you soon in Ilex Forest. I'll go talk with Kurt real quick and see you there. I don't want to drag him into all of this."

Ike left Maddy without a choice, really. He has been so headstrong as of late.

Ike walked up to Kurt's door and knocked, Lugia's tall figure standing behind him. He figured it would be a nice surprise for Kurt to see Lugia again. Kurt greeted the door with a welcome and the expected surprised look on his face. Ike was not at all afraid of letting Kurt see Lugia, for it was in fact Lugia who gave Kurt such a good visit last time they were there.

"My stars, I'd never thought I'd see you back here so soon." said the old man with a smile on his face. Ike wobbled his head and looked to the side, not knowing how to tell Kurt that things had changed for him.
"May I come in?" asked Ike politely. Kurt agreed with one condition - that Lugia be returned and kept inside his ball. Ike had no objections to that and did so. He then stepped through the doorway and immediately took off his shoes.
"I've left your gifts with another young man with your team." said Kurt, walking over to get some tea. Ike declined the beverage.
"Yeah... thanks for that." Ike replied. He scratched the top of his head.
"Oh? There's something else you want to ask me?" Kurt said, putting a second tea cup away but keeping one for himself.
"Yeah...I was wondering about how to make a GS Ball. Someone told me you discovered one's secrets one time." Ike said.
"Ahh yes, I remember that ball." smiled the kind old man. "I'm surprised you even know of such a ball's existence."
"You know how to make one, don't you?" asked Ike, wanting to be reassured.
"Of course!" Kurt announced proudly. He finished his cup of tea and set it down on the table.

Ike stood up from his seat on the couch, glad to see someone at the HQ finally.
"Hey Sammy!" he said. "I hope you're enjoying this relatively calm period of Aqua."

"Nothing, really." replied Ike, though the thoughts going through his head was a different story. "You haven't heard a word from Maddy, have you?" he asked, biting his tongue at the end of his sentence for saying that name.

Sammy shook her head. "No, I haven-- Wait a minute..." Sammy squinted a bit, a slight grin passing over her face as she continued, "Are you two dating or something?" She asked in her interrogating tone, having jumped to that conclusion. She snickered a bit.

Sammy cocked her head to the side a bit; she had honestly thought Ike and Ms. Maddy had had a thing going. She then turned her head to the side even more as she heard Ike's last comment. "Wait... What?" She asked, not understanding.
