Druidic magic isn't really useful in more urban enviroment, which is when it's clobberin' time. twisted And it's the reason why she is in Ria at the first place, to learn something more useful.

Ahh I see, Celestial just has amazingly potent multi-purpose magic... as well as healing magic. I couldn't really find a fancier name for the mulit-ourpose one. sweatdrop
So she can do practically anything that doesn't require special training.. so like normal barriers, throwing fire, freezing a pool, levitating something, teleporting, mind speak but not things like shadow fading or transforming into something. 3nodding
It's sorta complicated.
Her daughter is more limited though... and I figure since Celestial trains in martial arts and all that... Joy will be weak and do all the calm stuff like reading and drawing. 3nodding
Normally a person shouldn't be allowed to be as powerful as Celeste but it really fits her personality. She acts differently all the time, so she needs to have power to accomodate all those moods... whereas Joy is always calmer or shows only the darker emotions like rage or depression.
