Britton shuffles inside his pocket and pulls out a pack of Winston cigarettes, opens the top, then makes a slight movement upwards, making the butt end of the smoke come out the top, he then raises the pack to his mouth and slips one out, then puts the pack back into his coat pocket. Then Britt takes his zippo out, flicks open the top, lights it, then lights his cigarette while inhaling some of the smoke, he then flicks the top closed then puts the light back into his pocket. He then leans back in the chair while taking the smoke in his index and middle finger while blowing out some smoke.

Shadow goes inside and sighs soaked from the rain. She goes upstairs and changes then comes back down whering something dry.

"Karee..." he says squinting at her as if it will help him see better. "Are you blushing?" he asks before taking another swig of whiskey.

"Ok.." he said, crushing his smoke in the ashtray, he then gets up and sits down on the couch with a sigh.

Shadow opens her eyes and sees Britton on the cough next to her only a few inches away. She smiles then closes her eyes again.

"Hi." he said, closing his eyes. He then puts his head on the opposite shoulder, the one away from her. Britt then opens them once again, unable to fall into a slumber.
