Oh...of course :::She rolls her eyes up in thought::: There is much to know. About this place, there are few things we are certain of. We are fairly sure that there is no way into the Brink unless it choses us. There is a way to leave before the Brink wishes to send you though...
:::Cora points to a key wrack, and a door::: Whenever someone appears here, a key with their name appears there as well. You may use that key to open the door there, and it will take you back to the moment you left your world.
:::Then pointing to the hall on her left::: If you do not wish to leave, but prefer to make yourself comfortable, you may use your key to enter your room. If I am not mistaken, each room is created to reflect the lifestyle to which you are most accustomed.
As for Luke, and myself...we are just visitors here. There are many of us, some I believe I have yet to meet. And...many different kinds of people. People with strange extremities growing from various areas of the body. Like the head...and even a few of them with enlargened vistigial coxic bones. :::Thinking to herself::: it's rather fascinating.
But, my only advice to you is to make yourself comfortable. Mainly all the people you meet here are well tempered...

*Fading into the main room, a clearly female form, from a frontal perspective, takes shape on one of the chairs; clearly undisturbed from the temporary shift in location..as she has yet to notice. Her leg still tightly wedged between herself and the table, as she sits with a small book propped up on her thigh. The young women's hand lifting on occasion from the small lenses sitting on the bridge of her nose to turn a page in the book, then back to sweep away the hair falling across both her eyes and glasses. The motion of clearing the troublesome tresses, unfortunately interrupting the placement of her glasses, leading the hand to return to the pair once again.*
