Awww I haven't flown(flewn?) A kite in forever, they're rather boring once you get them up, unless you get one of those stunt kites. But I used to get them up then drag em back down again and again, drove my parents nuts. Anywho on a related note my black/blue hair is fading out already and so now it's a dark blue/green, everyone keeps calling me "merman"I dunno what I think about that, I think I like it, hey I wonder if we have pretzels, then I'll need something to drink, damn I'm typing my thoughts again, oh well I'm far too lazy to reach for that backspace key, well it's one key above the so I'll just use that instead\\\\\

I was flying a kite with someone I knew so we caught up on things while we watched the kite soar above us. I don't know if I'm happy that I was with that person or not...

I haven't flown a kite since I was like eight. I kinda miss it. Sorta.

It's nice to do on a rare occasion. People might think you're weird, but most of them are probably just jealous because they aren't flying a kite.

I actually think that the kite ended up getting carried away into the breeze. My dad chased after it, swearing. It is a rather stupid idea to fly a flimsy plastic kite at the beach on a windy day, however. xp

Hehehe. There's good wind though. My favourite place to fly a kite is on top of citadel hill in the heart of the city. It's really close to the harbour so we get a lot of great wind as well as a great view. It's a nice grassy hill too.

I haven't been to a beach in a long time. I think my last trip to the beach was to shoot a video. I had to pretend to kill myself. I had to lay on the sand and let a big cold wave of ocean water rush over my body without reacting.

I haven't been to the beach in several years. o.o

We should both make an effort to go to a beach. Summer's almost over and I'm running out of time. I have gone swimming and flown a kite. I'm going to go to an amusement park next Monday most likely. It would be nice to finish off my childish summer break with a trip to the beach.

I'm not really a beach-ish person. Water always seems so lonely, to me. o.o

I love the beach. I love the feeling of the wet sand between my toes. I love jumping head first into the crashing waves. I like running from the water feeling really cold and jumping into the soft hot sand to heat myself up. I love running on the sand and just being silly with my friends.

Swimming and me don't get along so well.

The water and sand here are rarely warm. o.o

I am terrible at swimming. I have a fear of drowning. Despite those things, I still enjoy swimming.

Do you even have sunshine in Washington?

Yeah, we have sun. The water just doesn't get very warm. And it's mostly disgusting. The frequency of rain here is higher, but we don't get as much rain as the East Coast. Recently it's been in the eighties and nineties. But we're talking western Washington. Eastern Washington is freaking hot year-round.
