Oh thats easy the celestials have been apart of the Universe for eons, they're a natural part of the Universe, experimenting with all type of life and after several millenia they check up on their experiments and if they don't deem them fit, they destroy the civilzations, thus called Celestial Gravitation

Lord Primus Oh thats easy the celestials have been apart of the Universe for eons, they're a natural part of the Universe, experimenting with all type of life and after several millenia they check up on their experiments and if they don't deem them fit, they destroy the civilzations, thus called Celestial Gravitation
