Trigramatic Ship's ears perked, and he looked up from the SNAG. "Ah. Yes. You are Blizzard, right?" he said. "I'm sure you've seen those death defying acts which remind the viewers that they're not for the faint of heart? Your bouts with Cipher are those acts, and I am very faint of heart." ".......excuse me if I'm that jaded." I said to him. "Then again, I had a bit of history in this sort of thing before joining this bunch. So I can't really think too well on how it may be in a person of your position."

"Harrowing," Ship answered. "And a little humbling, when the leader of your operation has a soft spot for me even when I can't seem to do anything on the front lines. I help compile information, but against these odds, intel can only help so much."
A sigh.

"And for that matter, worry about the odds when you're in the thick of things, not before hand. That's how one tends to chicken out before something even happens. For as all you know, it might not be as bad as you think it is. You might amaze yourself, for as all you know........you'll probably think of me as crazy for saying that though." I said.

"I have been in the thick of things," Ship said. "A few times."
He proceeded to kitchen and to the counter where he filled a teapot and set it on the stove top to heat. "It's hard when your Pokemon aren't seasoned, or you can't perform conjurations of your own. Aside from a few intrinsic immunities, I'm about as squishy as a human."

God, someone is going to probably call me out on this one, but I can't help but to crack this comment. "I could help in that." I said, leaning over on a wall. "Im already training a eight year old Electrike hybrid and a six year old Vulpix boy, and you're talking to the apprentice of the Mahogany Gym of Johto, set to be gym leader there." I said. "So self-training and Pokemon training is what I do."

"Mm. I've seen them," Ship said. "Quite a bit of them at times. And they don't really look that young..."

Trigramatic "Mm. I've seen them," Ship said. "Quite a bit of them at times. And they don't really look that young..." "Well, Tails, The vulpix hybrid, Im fairly certain he is that old. He only looks that way because...well...lets just say he's not really supposed to look the way he is." I said to him. "You can blame a scientist for that one. As for Tristen, I admit, its an estimate. I found him not too long ago, really. He was kidnapped when he was young. No sense of time or anything where he was at either. He wasn't alone in that little endeavor. He and probably a half-dozen other kids for that matter was taken against their will, stripped away from their parents. I helped put an end to that." I explained

Ship shivered. Apparently everyone had their woes here. "Compared to them, I suppose I got off easy. Cheers to you for raising them, though. I can't imagine the responsibility. Pokemon are tough enough. Sandile likes to gnaw on anything that moves and Ditto and I...well, move."

I walked over, grabbed a coke from the fridge, figuring that I was probably going to need it. "Care to explain?" I asked. "I take it that its the reason why Sub found you working underage at a restaurant, using your illusions."

"Ditto and I find it necessary in life to move about a room to do things," Ship answered, completely straight faced. "This happens to excite my Sandile."
Humor was much different in the eastern Britannian empire.

Trigramatic "Ditto and I find it necessary in life to move about a room to do things," Ship answered, completely straight faced. "This happens to excite my Sandile." Humor was much different in the eastern Britannian empire. Much different. If there was a joke there, I missed it entirely. To this I simply just sipped my soda. "Huh. At any rate...in all seriousness though, I could help you out, at least with your Pokemon training, to help you a bit more secure if anything." I told him. "Though...I have to admit..." I took out the SNAG and started to go through the Pokedex. "I haven't really...studied yet...the Pokemon that's native around Unova. I haven't heard of them until I started helping this bunch and started fighting around in that region."

"I'm not even native to this region or that," Ship said. "It used to be called Eurasia, the general area."
Before the kettle whistled, but after it had been bubbling for awhile, Ship poured the hot water into a mug, and into the mug dipped a tea bag. "I appreciate your offer. But it's not necessary. I think once their whole tour is over and Sub's back, I'll pester him about it."

At any rate..." I sat up and looked at Ship. "Don't mind me as rude, though, this is just a bit of an observation...you're...eh..." How to be nice about this. "...reserved, aren't you?" I asked.

As Ship raised a pinky to sip his tea, Blizz might have found his question answered. "I had a rather...er. Proper upbringing," he answered. "Audiences. Courts. And things."

Courts?" Cue a need for a eyebrow. One needs to be raised. "You're some kind of royalty or something?" I asked.
