"If you'd like." Richard said, giving her a gentle hug. "There's some magic involved with your ring...just say the word enscribed on the inside if you're ever in trouble, and a shield will exist until you cease to need it." He smiled faintly. "That way...you're always protected." He said sighing. "But my dear...I'm going to fall asleep where I stand soon." He said, somewhat apologetically.

Corinne blushed profusely. "I'm sorry," she said, standing back from him, but at the same time wrapping herself around his arm. "I'm keeping you up."

"Don't be sorry..." He said, leading her up the stairs. "I just didn't want to wake up on the floor in the morning..." He glanced down at himself. "I'm a bit too big for it..." He turned the knob on his bedroom door, going inside. "Be careful...don't hurt yourself tripping over books..." He nudged a stack out of her way, wishing he hadn't procrastinated in hanging his shelf. Richard's room was mostly wooden, from his floors to his furniture. Maps hung from the walls, along with framed, older looking documents written in old and forgotten languages. His closet hung open, half full of dress shirts, ties hanging from a rack on the door. Richard's desk seemed to be where the man spent his time, since it showed signs of use, and the floor beneath the chair was scuffed and worn. Other than that, the room was neat.

Corinne nodded and gazed around his room with a look of wonder and delight. "It's wonderful," she whispered, carefully stepping her way to the bed. Smiling she gently tugged his arm before sitting down on the mattress, hoping to cuddle a bit before the man fell asleep.

Richard kicked off his dress shoes and pulled off his tie, folding it up and tucking it into his shirt pocket. "I like it. Tomo let me redo what I wanted, including the floors. Good man Tomo." He said, wrapping his arm around her shoulders, kissing the top her head. "I do believe I'm the happiest man alive Corinne." He said.

Richard lay flat on his back, careful not to disturb the sleeping Corinne. He smiled sleepily at the ceiling. He really was the happiest man alive...and with that, Richard closed his eyes and slept.

Ukiel walked inside of the Muffin. He was a tall angel with a soft face, long light brown hair, and glowing green eyes. His wings seem to tower behind him since they were too big for him. He had a silver amor that seem to clunk when he walked. He removed his armor gloves and looked around and ended in the bar, tapping it with his gloves, "Someone here?" his voice was completely androgenous, both male and female that seemed to bring peace to whoeve heard it.

Phelis was an unusual being. But then again, most people were different.
But, was it his fault he had six limbs, and a tail? Nonsense, that was just how he was born. But somehow, he always got such strange looks! He had grown use to them however when he had left he tundra. Was it that unusual to see a feline body that merged up into the torso of a man? Apparently so.
A tall form slinked into the bar slowly. His white fur and skin reflecting a light that made them appear quite soft and silky. The purple highlights to his body drew attention that he often would have rather avoided.
His tail flicked softly, and he paused at the door way of the room, light blue eyes glancing around slowly. He murmured something to himself, and his long tail whipped the air slowly.
"It would appear not..."
He voiced, the tone rather smooth. He approached the other man slowly, and needed no seat as he reclined down onto his haunches in front of the bar, but leaving some distance between himself and the angel.

Ukiel looked at the man with a tilted head and left the gloves on the bar and pushed his hair back, "I can see you, so you are here, though I was hoping for the owner of the Inn to be present. Anyway, I haven't seen you before, what is your name?"
