Richard stopped his pacing, blinking. "Corinne? Really?" His face broke into a smile. "Yes...that's a lovely name. Comes from the name Corinna, which means 'maiden'." Richard seemed to find this appropriate. "Alright then Corinne, you have yourself a name." Richard couldn't stop smiling. (Mwhahahaha~))

Slowly ukaia deccended the stairs. She would get something to eat and then go back upstairs perhaps. Leave them in peace.. She held her doll close

Corinne smiled widely and flung her arms around Richard's neck. "Thank you so much Richard. "I'm feeling a lot more... real now."

Richard laughed again. "You're welcome...as you should. You're very real." He said firmly. Especially to me... Yep. Poor sap was head over heels it seemed.
Trina looked up at Ukaia in surprise. She'd not seen the neko in a very long time. "Hello Ukaia." She said softly, smiling at her. Her dark eyes looked mildly concerned.

Richard's frost grey blue eyes gazed back. Richard seemed to be thinking hard. “Corinne…would you…erm…” He faltered. “I don’t suppose you’d consider…” He was very tempted to ask right then and there, but he couldn't. She didn't need another thing on her plate. "Nevermind. You already are." He said with a charming smile.

"I am here" she says fetching the drink and somefood. She didn't even pay attention
"That's as far as i can go": she added then sighed
"I'm going back to my room" she added as she headed for the stairs again.

Richard colored slightly. "Nothing...nothing at all." He said, not meeting her eyes. "Just being silly." Another thought had occured to him as well; she might not want to...and that would be a hard blow for him, one he wasn't sure he'd recover from.

Trina frowned slightly, but let her go. Then she headed on out the door herself.

Corinne nodded and accepted his answer peacefully. "Okay," she said softly, before standing on her toes to kiss him on the lips.

Richard's logical brain went to mush, and he kissed her back gently, hugging her to him. "You're so wonderful..." He murmured to her, letting her go. He was studying her again, conflicted. “I had something made for you.” He finally said slowly, right hand leaving his pocket and holding out a small box. There was something in Richard’s eyes that might have caused a person pause. The man was…afraid? No…had to be a mistake.
