Sorry about the delay. Took a break to watch some Indiana Jones. :3
As for the seasonal fae. It's actually still in it's primary concepts, but I'd intended them to be a part of the Seelie Court, around the middle in stature-- as in, more powerful than sprites, but not as powerful as their ruler, the Faerie Queen.
The seasonal faeries have a single job to do, which is to bring their respective seasons to Gaia when it is time for it, and may spend the season topside, doing as they like.
When their opposite season begins, the fae would hibernate until it was time to come out again. There is absolutely no problem if the character was to be played during that hibernation time, though-- I figured if I wanted to play my summer fae, Stella, during hibernation, if she were to remain topside, she'd have black bags under her eyes and be cranky all through winter. There might even be a bit of a power struggle between opposing seasons (such as Summer and winter), which would explain why there were longer winters or summers, depending on which would triumph over the other until being challenged again.
But these were just initial ideas.

Daeva Nazarian I enjoy this hibernation idea, but being on the other side of the world I'd have to agree to American seasons correct? I can deal with that.
I'd say summer would be the worst emotional wise for being out of hibernation XDDD
I didn't read back until just now to see that you were from New Zealand, but I generally play my character during my summer, which would be now.
That's a toughie. If you'd like to borrow the idea, you can play it any way you like. But since a majority of Gaians come from the States, it might cause a bit of confusion if winter were being played during an American's summer. But, if you're all for confusion, you're more than welcome to play it the way you like. XD
