Darxian smiled. "I'll be sure to remember that." He noticed the Star Kitten rubbing against his leg constantly, so he figured it wanted a lap to lay on. He re-positioned himself into a sitting posture on the floor to give the kitten the opportunity. As he looked at Lucky more, he noticed the age gap between her and the woman he'd seen wasn't much...if Lucky's hair was a shade darker, the two could've been twins. Now I really wonder what Xashowd had discussed with that woman... He thought to himself. He heard Spice hiss under Lucky's dress. "Seems Spice isn't much for conversation...so much for humoring my friend." He looked up at Lucky again. "I suppose these kittens belong to you?" He inquired.

"If you wish to use me as a hiding spot, you need to mind your manners." She glanced down at her own skirt. She could feel the kitten pacing down there earlier. So long as that's all she was doing, that was fine. If she started using her boots as a scratching post though, there was going to be problems.

"Hm?" She looked at at Darxian at the new question. "Sort of. My brother is the caretaker of stars, kitten stars included." She smiled with a slight shrug of her shoulders, brushing her hair back. "Sometimes I get roped into watching some of the younger ones."

"You're not the first Demon I've encountered...and he thought I might enjoy your personality." Darxian replied. "Also, I value his friendship. He does have a knack for getting into trouble, but he's also rather inventive. Even helped out on a few cases." Darxian wasn't normally this chatty, but he was in a good mood from petting the Star Kitten...and he wanted something positive to do before Laguna showed up.

He looked back up at Lucky. "Sounds eventful. Kittens can be an energetic lot." He replied, petting the kitten that was now resting in his lap.

"It makes sense, as stars tend to have a lot of energy themselves." Darxian replied. He considered her second question carefully, but since Xashowd was staying here, he didn't see the harm in letting other residents of the guild know. "Not sure. Does the name Xashowd mean anything to you?"

Darxian watched as Spice moved from under Lucky's dress, staring at him. As he was able to get a better look at the demon, he noticed Spice was a Pumpkitten, a strange type of feline sometimes found on Gaia. It explained the scent. "Interesting...last time I went to check in on him, he had been talking to a woman who looked a lot like you. I came in at the tail end of the conversation, so I don't know what it was about." Darxian told Lucky. "Tried asking him, but we got sidetracked."

"Indeed. Her hair was slightly darker than yours, and she seemed like a warrior who had seen many battles...Aside from that, there were numerous similarities." Darxian replied. "Never got her name, though."
