New guy, I haven't read the first post of your thread yet, but the title suggests to me that it might not be a location open to everyone. Just making sure you know there are other places to post it if you're explaining a story, or if you're only going to use the place once or twice

I'm just trying to get a good role play going....its been a long time since i had one.People on this sight tend not to like mine for some reason the titles could be one of them but i posted it here in hopes that it wouldnt get pushed away like always.

First_son_Ragnar I'm just trying to get a good role play going....its been a long time since i had one.People on this sight tend not to like mine for some reason the titles could be one of them but i posted it here in hopes that it wouldnt get pushed away like always. Well technicality, it's not a ballad xp Also, this guild is one large RP, not many separate one. If that's what that thread is then odds are not many are going to use it. It's happened to all the other attempts and stand alone RPs

ballad is in the title becuse it was made for one of my friends who palys a bard and he was one of the key elements but i havn't seen him in a long time so i kept the title as a ode to him

Is the ballad based on the book 'The Thirteenth Warrior' which was based on the story of Grendal and Beowulf? That's the first thing to come to my mind reading the thread.

It actualy came from a school project that turned into the forum i posted.Me and my friend had worked on it and even thought about createing a D&D game around the idea but it only stayed a story.

Ah interesting. Well, I was just curious since it did have such a familiar feel to me. I did just remember that The Thirteenth Warrior was the name of the movie and the book was Eaters of the Dead but it seems to be a moot point. Interesting story though.
