Rintala hesitated, for just a split second as Vice became airborn. Her hair stood on edge as he charged his first lightning bolt spell. Quickly throwing her arms up in the air a wall of earth was propelled upwards. It was a wall of earth, clumps of stone, and mud. It should be more then sufficient to stop the electrical charge of the lightning.

*The lightning strikes the earth and dissipates.*
"Good...
Very good..."
*He smiles, slightly, even though it is hidden, but was not about to so easily let his apprentice win.
Flinging both arms forward, he drops back to the ground as the winds change direction, slaming into the wall of earth at high velocity to topple it toward Rintala.*

*Seh dropped to throw the tree tops slowly, careful not to hurt her wings. She started walking, looking for the girl that th eplant man told her about.* Anyone out here?

"EEP!" Rintala hardly had enough time to turn and jump out of the way, let alone counter attack. As she flew through the air she threw her right arm back. It wasn't enough to do much more then throw a few stones at Vice, but then again she was tired from creating that wall, and playing around in the forrest before Vice arrived.

*The winds having been pushing in the opposite direction as the rocks, slowed their pace and Vice let's them bounce harmlessly off his chestplate.
He sighs.*
"Pay attention!
I grounded myself to use the wind for attack...
Opportunity..."
*He pauses, not pressing the attack any longer and crosses his arms.*
"Remember the pain you felt in the cavern...
Focus it...
The attack the earth with it...
Spread the rage into the ground, allow it to react in kind..."

"Pain? Anger? They're nothing! All that matters is power! All I'll ever need is strength! Strength and power! That's all!" She felt it, the cold stone strength of the earth. Raising both her fists into the air she slammed down, hard! There was a violent tremor as two pillars, each lined with jagged rocks, leapt from the ground at Vice.

*Vice leaps into the air, once again propelled by the winds.*
"Now you must work on timing...
Watch your opponent...
Predict their movements...
Minimalize their possible reactions...
Crush them..."
*He hovers above the ground, simply watching her.*

Rintala just sat there, gripping a fist full of dirt. "Timeing...watch...predict. Watch the air...he likes to fly." There was another tremor as she threw both her hands into the air. Snakes of stone, solid heavy stone, lept up at Master Vice. Just behind him a single pillar went skyward, if he moved back he'd be struck. "Rrrrraahh!!"

"You are full of suprises..."
*The winds seem to die again and he drops back to the ground.
The winds, rahter than dying, changed directions, whirling in a circular motion around Vice, slamming into the 'snakes', halting their progression if not destroying them.
Vice crosses his arms again, then he lowers his gaze to the ground as the whirlwind continues to fend off the attack.*

"And now for the opportunity!" She shouted. The whirlwind protected Vice from attacks all around him, but everyone knew that a whirlwind's eye had almost no wind at all. A solid pillar of stone fired straight upwards, dirrectly under Vice where there was little to almost no wind at all. She was burning fuel, and this could have been her last little punch before she was out of go juice.

*The pillar punches Vice straight into the air.
The whirlwind dies and collapses and Vice crashes back to the ground, landing with an awkward thud, possibly causing some internal damage, but he pays it no heed.*

*Vice rises back to his feet.
He dusts himself off, whincing slightly as he straightens himself.*
"Very good..."
*He then returns to the shadow of the trees and dissapears.*

Rintala pushed herself back to her feet, groaning softly. "Uuung...my...head." Using a nearby tree as support she slowly staggers forward a few steps, her memory hazey of recent events. Then, as if a bat just smacked her in the face, her memories returned very quickly. "Him!? Where did...he's gone." Pain raced through her entire body, and she quickly pushed it to the side. She still felt it, but she just ignored it. There was something there, inside of her, feeding off the pain...all that pain and anger was making it grow bigger, and faster.

Trees,darkness,night animals,crunching of leaves.Nothing to be scared of,all of it was easilly explained,and yet the kid was terrified.Still,he walked along the path as brave as he could be.For as scared as he was,he was also driven to make it to this Dojo place.The cold didn't bother him much,a gift of his father.As he walked along he started to gently hum to himself.It was off-key at first,mumbles mostly.however,it eventually made its way into a tune.
