PROTIP: Having a gay character in a story who is not a flaming sex-maniac is not "promoting" homosexuality.
Admitting something exists =/= promotion.

If you don't have what it takes to be a mother and teach a child right from wrong- ******** DON'T HAVE KIDS and don't you dare set them up in a situation where people will be able to abuse them because you don't have the guts to stand in discernment.

I have always thought of leaving Montana, but now that it comes to it I am not sure what to do. I never even considered leaving the west area. I planned to go to Ashland, Oregon and volunteer in the New Globe Theatre...now I do not know what to do. This is such a big opportunity but I am letting the fact that all my friends are here along with most of my family keep from doing what is probably best for me.

TeaDidikai What makes it "Best for you"? Getting out of Montana really. In Albany there are a few theatres that I can audition at and they have some good schools for drama, which is what I want to do (Shakespeare most specifically). I will have to wait until my Aunt gets back to me, because she would be housing me and I wouldn't have to pay rent until I get a job in Albany.

You'll come out a hippy! Not one of those "cool uncle" type hippies, either, the kind who tell you that they can't eat meat or drink milk because the cows were never allowed to reach enlightenment before they died.

TeaDidikai What is Albany better than Ashland? I wouldn't know but from what I have heard of Ashland it is better for Shakespeare. This isn't to say that one can not get Shakespeare experience in Albany of course....

Albany sounds easier. Ashland sounds more in line with what your goals are. I guess it's a question of easier and less suited v. harder, but more suited. Just going off what you're saying. (Also, doesn't Ashland's big company do it's Solstice Performance at the copy of Stone Henge in WA?)

TeaDidikai Albany sounds easier. Ashland sounds more in line with what your goals are. I guess it's a question of easier and less suited v. harder, but more suited. That's the thing: In Albany I would not have to pay anything to have a roof over my head, but in Ashland I would. And also in Ashland there is apparently this large underground area full of pagan/metaphysical bookstores and I could get a job in one of those, which would be very nice. Unless I go to Albany for a job and just save up money then head back over to Ashland....Or even to West End in England, which is where I hope to end up eventually and stay there. At least I have family in the UK, so that is nice to have haha. TeaDidikai Just going off what you're saying. (Also, doesn't Ashland's big company do it's Solstice Performance at the copy of Stone Henge in WA?) I believe so, yes, which is also very nice.
