Here's what I was thinking. What do you think. Alex since this is an independent you don't need approval. I'm going to wait to see what you both think before creating the thread.
Fireworks and Sugar
xxxxxThe Summer Festival has come to the Seireitei. The air is sultry and full of laughter. The smell of the cotton candy sugar and firework gunpowder follows every Shinagami throughout both the day and night. The days are long and, the nights are perfect. It is a time to momentarily forget work and relax.
xxxxxOutside the Seireitei, in the Second North Rukongai district, a festival has been set up. There are a multitude of booths including, but not limited, to goldfish scooping, darts, ring toss, cotton candy, dango, shaved ice, ice cream and, various knick-knack stalls. There are scores of performers; acrobats, jugglers, fire breathers, and, countless others. Visitors include Nobles and Shinagamis. There are couples and groups of friends. Of course there have been minor skirmishes but, for the most part all participants are enjoying themselves.
xxxxxCaptain Kimber Sinclair and her Lieutenant, Vladimir Artemyev, of Squad Seven have joined a group of Shinagami from Squad Seven at the festival. The unseated members quickly scattered leaving the two Officers alone. Even though the opportunity to return to work has come up Captain Sinclair has chosen to roam the stalls. The ever faithful Lieutenant Artemyev is by her right shoulder.
xxxxxCaptain Atsuhiko Ai Haruko of Squad Eleven has made his way to the fair as well. He was required to come so he could break up a fight between members of his Squad. Having sent the trouble makers back to the Squad Grounds Captain Haruko is reluctant to return. He roams the festival looking for something that interests him.
xxxxxWill the three Officers run into each other? If so how will they react? What will the summer stars see or hear? Only time will tell.

So.... uhh, Is this guild alive?, Because I have been busy with across the sea work and stuff. Though I have been slightly picking at the profile for my character for a few weeks now. Haven't had mush progress though sweatdrop, would it be pointful to continue or?. Plus what spots are actually open right now is there a list?

I'm not sure alive is the best word. Neither is dead. A whole bunch of the crew have real world problems so we're going though a slump. I would wait to see if the crew decides to perform CPR on the guild before finishing your profile.
