Michael followed Maddy to the next town and when they were told they could head out and explore he decided to hit the pokemart, and then the pokemon center.

Allen chuckled, this town hadn't been one of his favorites, but at least the Aquarium was always a nice little stop. He turned to take a look at everyone quickly and sneaked off toward the building with the multitude of fish Pokemon.

Maddy passed by the fossil lab that Ambrette Town was famous for and found herself standing before a field of jagged rocks. The rocks looked sharp enough to go right through typical footwear. To her left was a corral of Rhyhorn. A woman who seemed to be taking care of the Rhyhorn approached her.
"You lookin' to pass to Glittering Cave?"
Maddy greeted the lady with a smile and nodded.
"Yes, actually. I have several people with me, however."
The lady returned the smile.
"I should have enough Rhyhorn. I'll get them all ready, you just run along and get your friends."
Maddy whipped her TADS out of her pocket and sent everybody a message as the Rhyhorn lady went off to get their steeds prepared.
The message read:
Head to the southern part of town and take a left. You'll come across a field of sharp rocks and a Rhyhorn ranch.
She figured sending a message would be easier than going through town and trying to find everyone again.

*I head to the southern part of town looking at Rhyhorn's PokéBall*
Me: I already have one of you, that's convenient.

Misery makes her way to the south of town. She finds the Rhyhorn Ranch and the other Aquans already there.
"(Why so many Rhyhorns? What's so special about Rhyhorns?)" She ponders, spotting one walking around the perimeter. Sure they were kind of cool but, why have a ranch of them?

Michael was just exiting the Pokemon Center with all three of his friends, when he got the message. He followed the directions to the coral, and when he got there he sat down on a soft spot on the ground and pulled a couple things out of his satchel. "Hey you three, I have something for all of you. For you Squirt, I have an item to boost your water moves, a mystic water. For you Spike, I have a zap plate for your electric moves. And for you Axew I have a draco plate for you. As you seem to fancy dragon moves my friend." He placed each item around his friends necks. "Now we need a name for you Axew? How about...Draco?" The Axew looked at Michael before smiling and nodding. "Then Draco it is."

Rei thoroughly enjoyed the slow rocking sensation of the Rhyhorn's stride, but almost jumped out of his skin when a cry sounded from below.

A Sandile had latched itself onto the Rhyhorn's tail in retaliation, its sharp teeth sinking deep into the tough tail. Rhyhorn felt nothing, yet Rei knew that if he were to let it stay, they would attract unwanted attention from other Sandile.

"It looks weak. Kinda. I think you can take this, Magikarp." He tossed his Pokéball out, and the eager Magikarp leaped into action. It rammed itself into the Sandile, effectively dislodging the croc from the tough tail. Upon noticing the red fish, the Sandile grinned and opened its jaw, snapping shut when the Magikarp tried tackling again. The fish flailed about, damaging and startling the Sandile. Upset and flustered with losing its meal, it dove into the sand and crept up on the Magikarp.

Magikarp, having lost its target, splashed about in frustration. It hopped about aimlessly, and after a few moments, decided the Sandile escaped. Magikarp was about to cry in victory when it landed once more into the waiting jaws of the enemy, this time getting crunched. Using the last of its energy, it flailed about in a last-ditch effort to escape certain death. The Flail effectively defeated the Sandile, but left Magikarp an inch from collapse. Regretting his decision, Rei recalled his Pokémon and joined up with his leader.
