Tor- Jumped ontop of a shop and sat there.
Kushina- Sat down a a bench.
Kryi- Doing as many back flips and cartweels as she can before the fireworls start.
Kura- Sits down at the edge of a fountain.

diedara flew in the air ready to trow the fireworks up and make them explode to start the festival

naruto was already in the festival looking for new types of ramen to try as usual
tobi walked around the festival he was at a mask shop which had strange looking masks
obito grabbed rin's hand this time
