Zahzi watched this, and then looked up at Amnity.
"Give her a chance, Am. I can promise you she meant no harm...If she did, she wouldn't be here..."

Amnity wasn't listening to Zahzi, nor was she really listening to what Melanie was saying either. She had only one thing in her mind. She was by Melanie's side in a second, her eyes burning as she grabbed her friend by the shoulder to make her look at her. She looked angry, but not for the reason they might think. "....Are you crazy!?" She demanded. "Do you realize the danger you put yourself in?!" She sounded more like a mother scolding at a child then anything else. "We could have killed you! I could have killed you!" Amnity huffed. A few seconds later, her knees buckled and she fell back down on the ground, utterly stressed and immobile.

Melanie closed her eyes and smiled. "I know about the danger of being near you two. But when I collapsed, there was that chance for you to kill me. I was defenseless. Although you didn't help me, you didn't kill me. Ever since then, I've been hanging out with you and Zazhi, and nothing bad has happened to me. Even if you tried to kill me, I would be ready to put up a fight. I also had a thought; you would not kill me because we had a special friendship."
She opened her eyes and looked at Amnity, helping her up. "Throughout all those moments, we just had fun." She put Amnity's arm over her shoulder and walked her to a chair. "You still owe me that fight by the way." She said chuckling.

Amnity stumbled a bit, then sat down on the chair. She wasn't happy though. The soldier pouted, crossing her arms. "I don't want to fight you." She muttered. Really, what she was saying was 'I don't want to fight you because I might accidentally injure you.' Amnity was tired of sitting, but was grateful that Melanie got her to a seat. "Zahzi." She said, trying to get his attention again as she stretched her arms out like a child would when she wants someone to carry her.

"Ah, right." Zahzi replied, walking over to her and picking her up again with ease. He positioned her on his back again and held the back of her legs for support.
"Sooo...What now?"

Amnity wrapped her arms around his neck again, burying her face in his shoulder as she stifled a yawn. "Lets go to a restaurant? Or would you rather I cook?"

"...Resturant it is." Zahzi replied with a closed-eyed smile, looking at what he could of her.
He then looked over at Melanie with the same smile.
"...Would you like to come with us..?"

"That would be nice. If Amnity doesn't mind." She said with a smile. "Which restaraunt are we going to? I might be able to pull some strings." She said as she tucked back a flyaway hair.

"I don't mind." Amnity said with a smile, though they might not see it because she was hiding her face behind Zahzi's hair. "...Where ever Zahzi is taking us I guess."

"Well, off we go, then." Zahzi said as he began to walk towards the door.
As he reached the outside, he looked around, seeing the smoke come off of where the ruins of the now-demolished building all the way from there.
"Right...Welll...Now to find the closest restauraunt..."

Amnity looked over too, then just turned back and hid her face in Zahzi's jacket again. "I almost died there. It was scary." She said in almost a whisper, but he should be able to hear her. "I thought I'd never be able to see you again if I died."

Zahzi laughed once, walking around on the sidewalk, looking for a restauraunt.
"Don't worry, Amnity...You're safe now." he said, looking back at her with a smile.
"...What I want to know is why Navox didn't retaliate after the water hit him aftet a few minutes..."

Amnity saw his smile and couldn't help but smile a bit as well. "He did try to attack, after he was hit by the water I shot at him....But then his attack backfired, crashing him through the wall." She paused for a second, then continued. "...Bringing the rest of the building down with him."

"Ah..." Zahzi said, nodding his head.
"Let's just hope he stays there for awhile...I don't think it would be wise to confront him when he's pissed like that for a good long while..." he said with a laugh.

"I won't say he doesn't deserve it though." Amnity pointed out. "He hurt and killed a lot of people tonight....I wish I could have gotten to him more. I hope he's angry at me, cause I'd be more then happy to fight him again."
