Alethea noticed him easing his stress as he had spoke to Edith and kinda let them have their privacy, walking away.
She stared into the clear blue night sky as she thoughtfully considered all the aspects of joining this Haven. Her mind rattled quickly through all the details, 'I think I'm really going to enjoy this bunch...if I can keep my temper in check - I'm sure they won't mind having me around either..'.
As they finished their conversation, she turned around as Sethe agreed to the bar and Aly only smiled but then saw him look at the picture of his true love and the smile faded as her eyes became soft for him but as she senses his feeling of loss and only then does she toughen up to the Omega for once and says "Ya know, if you love her, letting her go isn't an option. When she runs, you should run after her." with a blunt tone hinting against her voice and then turns her head away from him & the subject, and stepping in the same direction as him whispers mentally to him, 'Yea, it's none of my business but if you knew it wasn't your choice to do what you had to do, then it's your responsibility to remind her of how that love used to be - show her the man you've become, just for her.' she admits and just keeps walking toward the bar.
Alethea realized how lucky this Kerrigan was - she had no idea the kind of guy she had in her hands.

Illiud Sethe dragged his cigarette again. She asked if he could just throw AO away, like it was some tool that had outlived it's use. He shook his head, and chuckled nervously. 'It's not as easy as throwing it away.' he started, removing his right hand glove, and showing her the brand. 'The four of us are bonded. The only way for me to no longer be the Omega, I have to die. I don't plan on doing that anytime soon, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud to be the Omega. It's a sense of the underdog coming out on top. I used to just be Haven's full-time electrician. Then Will let me start Hunting.' He drew another plume from his cigarette, and addressed the next topic. 'I guess I was hoping for a reunion. I'd finished my task, and wanted to get back into the swing of things, start living again. I wanted to come back to Kerri, show her I was back, and fine, and all, and finally settle down with her. I made a deal with AO on my way back. Because of how much I figured it'd caused problems with my life here, I convinced them to just tell me when I have to do something outrageous like that, again. It took a while. I had to commune with them for like, three days to finally be able to do it. The runes are powerful enough to keep them confined, and not take me over completely, but the benigs I hunted were serious threats to mankind, and they needed to be destroyed. So AO didn't give me a choice. They told me that after those beings were gone, they wouldn't do it again.' Sethe sighed after taking another drag. Again, he shook his head, 'I don't have a lack of faith in you, hon. I have nothing but faith in your abilities. You're the younger sister of one of the best Hunters I know. You have big shoes to fill, and you're doing just fine. It's the pricks that have joined in my absence that I have no faith in. I know you have what it takes to be an Alpha. They don't realize it, nor do they respect your authority, or my abilities. That's what has me pissed at the Group right now.' He sighed angrily, and looked at the alleyway entrance as Alethea arrived. The werewolf was still sitting against the wall. He'd calmed down a significant amount, and slowly started to rise from the wall. 'A drink might be nice right about now, actually. It might help me relax a little more...' Sethe's voice was no longer cracking. He was suitably calm enough to be able to walk back to Hunter's. He was still upset, and his stance gave it away, but not over the situation at hand. He wasn't doing much to cover his thoughts, and the only thing on his mind was Kerrigan. The ninja rolled up his left sleeve, and tapped his wrist-mounted PDA, and a picture of Kerrigan popped up as the background for the device. He sighed, looking at the picture, trying to hide the image from the others, and hid his PDA, again. 'Let's go.' he said as he started to walk out of the alleyway. Eden tended to prefer taking the easier route provided it actually got some results and also tended to yap before she really understood what was fully going on. This instance was no different and she simply stated what she thought was a convenient thought and a rather simplistic one at that. Her plan had been rather brilliant up until she learned that Sethe was bonded with the weapon which meant he couldn't just ditch it like she'd suggested. "Damn. There always has to be a friggin' catch to this s--t doesn't there? Well ... I tried. I thought it was a good idea. I guess it was good up until you told me you're bonded to the thing ... As for being the Omega, Will knew you could handle it, I'm sure. That's why he gave you the rank, after all. He knew what he was doing to an extent though I'm sure he wouldn't have been as thrilled about it if he'd known what was going to happen. You're the perfect guy for the job, Krii. I know I'd be pretty pissed off if I had to deal with the b.s. that's this wolf inside of me plus two other beings yapping at me. You must have a hell of a lot of tolerance ..."
"Well like I said. I can't speak for Kerri but you coming back from the dead probably has her a little rattled at the moment and she probably needs some time to figure out what the hell she's going to do about it and what she wants. I know you two loved each other and you still love Kerri a but I dunno. She's kind of changed a bit and it's just complicated. Not to make you feel bad or anything but when she came back here she seemed fine again after being a complete and total wreck. I don't know. I think she was ready to start a new life and move on, you know, keep you in her memory and open her heart up again kind of thing. She still wears your engagement ring around her neck but yeah. I don't know. It's complicated. I don't have the full story but I do know that she hangs out a lot with that Raven dude. He's a cool guy but yeah. I guess when you were gone you knew you'd be going back to Kerri but Kerri didn't think you'd be coming back, bro." She felt bad for the way things had turned out and wished she could help but really there was nothing she could do for the two.
"Yeah ..." Eden responded somewhat flatly as she was yet again compared to her brother and told that people had faith in her because of her relationship to William and not because of her own accomplishments. Even when William had been the leader people had been nice to her because she'd been 'the leader's little sister' not because they saw her as an equal or a fellow hunter that they should respect. More likely than not it was the reason she'd been elected the hunter leader as well, because she was Will's sister, not because they had faith in her own personal abilities. It was bull s**t. "You know what? I can't drink anyhow so I think I might just head off." It was clear that she wasn't very impressed being compared to William and that it was tiring her out. Sure she hadn't achieved the level of status William had but if she did it wouldn't be because she was his little sister, she'd make damned sure it was because people actually recognized her skills.

"Bullets aren't gonna help you." D appeared at the other end of the spear and grabbed it, smiling. It vanished into his hand and D stepped back several feet, "My weapons are min and mine only. No hurt feelings just a falsehood, the term fallen angel applies better but that was long ago and I'm over that."
D was enjoying this little skirmish, "Heal yourself and show me more, you've feed enough to at least stop the bleeding." The spear then re-emerged as he draw his hand from his side, no blood or sign of wear. The strange metal it was made of shimmered in the light was D moved it.

Corinne had since removed herself from the graveyard as Elyan seemed to have disappeared from it entirely and she no longer possessed a reason to linger there. The lycan which she had run into there was also long gone and she found herself wandering the streets of New York solo once again. Solitude, unlike most, was something Corinne did not mind and actually valued. Letting people too close to you only drew matters closer to the heart and guided back stabbers blades all the more closer to it as well. Hers had since ceased beating long ago but the pain one felt through ones soul was still very palpable.
The woman in the plum coloured trench coat which only lowered halfway down her thighs had been content to ignore and pass what sounded like a commotion until she caught the scent of blood. This blood had perhaps once been human but it was clear that it'd been within a vampire and processed for quite some time so that the scent was now intermingled with that of a vampires. ~Interesting. I wonder what it is that causes a vampire of all beings to bleed. Must be a conflict of some form.~
It was fairly brief, the time between her making her decision and the time in which she arrived upon the rooftop where it seemed there were not two beings but three. One with white hair who chose to stand off the side, one who immediately registered as a vampire. Her gray eyes fell to his case which he had dropped and a subtle smile graced her lips when she recognized what it was. Oh the irony. She'd just left that life and already there were things about to tempt her and draw her back into it. The life of an assassin seemed impossible to fully abandon.
Next her eyes fell to the demon and vampire that were clashing. The demon obviously possessing inhuman speed and speed of which was beyond even her vampirism's abilities. It was beautiful and his speed was mastered for he didn't misstep once or make any errors in calculation. As for the vampire, well, he was a rather grim scene but it seemed he was no where near ready to throw in his towel. Had she arrived sooner she would have realized the vampire had dealt himself the wounds her eyes now examined but she arrived a few moments too late and could only assume the demon retrieving his spear from the vampire's body had done so.
While she observed though, she did all of it from a distance and in total silence. Her presence atop the building would likely go unnoticed seeing as her scent was downwind of that of the vampire and demon quarrelling as well as that of the rather tall vampire assassin. Her gray eyes cautiously glanced around for all possible places to take shelter when she realized there were a few various sheets of metal with which she could defend herself if the situation called for it. For now, though, she would merely observe.

D looked over Vereon for a split second to see what he was doing or if was gonna be part of this conflict, but by the smoking he was doing it was obvious that he wasn't gonna act. Out of hte corner of his eye he saw the soul of another vampire upon the rooftops but farther away. Not to draw more attention to he he did turn his head anymore. He just smirked turned back to the vampire in front of him.

Veroen was not ignorant to the presence of yet another Vampire close by, but he did not show it. Instead he silently puffed on his cigarette, and observed the fight with little interest. Very soon he would leave, for he had better, more pressing matters to attend to, rather than watch a Demon acquaintance and a brash new-to-the-area Vampire try to kill each other.
He kept his face expressionless, and appeared to be somewhat in a relaxed position.

Corinne caught the demon's glance out of her own peripherals and decided that it was probably time to leave before she was somehow incorporated into their battle. She was certain she'd be just fine in handling them both but that did not mean that she was looking for a fight. She now knew what was happening and her curiousity wasn't quite morbid enough to stick around to see who would be the victor. This wasn't the animal kingdom, they were not battling for a mate and therefore there was no reason for her to remain watching this spectacle. It was simply a battle for supremacy as well as bloody intent, not something for sport and not a spar.
Her gray eyes shifted once again to the smoking vampire and she managed to glimpse a few surface emotions. The emotions of the void master's were calm and it seemed he was not going to make a move unless he was provoked to do so. His smoke suggested that he was rather relaxed but the way he held himself one could tell he was poised and prepared to strike or avoid if necessary. His stance also suggested that he was perhaps not initially bred as an assassin but it was obvious he was one the way he carried himself and the way he held himself. It was unlikely he would have quarrel with anyone unless they gave him reason to do so.
The demon and other vampire, on the other hand, seemed to enjoy their little battle and didn't seem to take into account the possible consequences that could befall them. If a hunter happened to spot them, well, they were fairly easy targets and a demon being a demon and a vampire being a vampire, there'd been bullets developed for each. It wasn't the most comforting thought and Corinne felt herself a more vulnerable target than she really cared to be and decided that now would be an excellent time to leave. She didn't want to stay too long and get caught up in what was to unfold.
About as quickly as she'd arrived on the rooftop she simply disappeared over the edge without so much as a sound.

Veroen watched out of his peripherals as the other Vampire decided it was time to leave. Veroen had to agree with the Vampire's actions, as he silently picked up his metal rectangular case with his free hand, and kept smoking with his other hand as he turned without a word, and stepped off the side of the building. He landed with a soft click, and walked away from the alleyway where he landed, and into a crowd of people as they walked as well.
He knew the other Vampire was in the area, however he did not have sight of her.

Sethe turned as he was walking, and stopped, looking at Eden. 'Alright, hon. Love ya, sis. Be careful out here, it's a jungle.' He said, a livening smirk graced his lips, and he shot his sister a wink. 'I'll see you back at Hunter's later, then, I guess.'
*All I meant by that is that you have it in you to be as great if not greater than William. I didn't mean that because of your brother, it's assumed you'll do well, I'm saying that because of your brother, I have high expectations out of you. I know you have what it takes. I'm sorry that I haven't been around to see the things you've done, I wish I had been. Stop thinking I don't have faith in your own abilities, and prove yourself better than William like you want to.* he thought to her, looking deep into her eyes from the end of the alleyway. Sethe then waved at her, and turned back around, catching up to Alethea.
'I will.' is all he said the rest of the way to the bar.

Corinne heard the subtlest of soft clicks and that instantly her head moved in the direction of the noise to accommodate for her lack of insight in the matter. She didn't see anyone over her shoulder but that didn't mean that there wasn't anyone there. Her paranoia instantly set in and though she had no evidence or legitimate grounds to assume she was being followed or stalked she couldn't help but assume so. It was her instinct ingrained into her and she practically vanished within the alley, taking cover behind a dumpster and waiting patiently and silently to see if the click had been someone deciding to come after her. She peered cautiously out from behind the dumpster and simply waited to see if anyone was coming down the alleyway where she'd just been walking, gun drawn.

The bloodied vampire grunted as the spear vanished from the base of his neck and the demon reappeared a few yards away, the spear suddenly reappearing in his hand fresh and void of his spilled blood. The vampire gave a toothy grin as the Speed Freak mentioned showing more. Leaning back from his hunched position and straightening himself, the wounds he had endured quickly began to close up and heal over. The blood that was released from his flesh were suddenly absorbed into the pores of his skin and what looked like a mess of a vampire, now stood again the pale faced vampire in black from earlier, his wounds and hints of battle gone.
"What did I say? Do not tell me what to do..." The wide brim hat warrior muttered, his crimson gaze falling over to another audience member, a young woman who obviously was one of his kind. Though he could not use his other vampiric senses to smell the young lady, the demon's gaze out to another building was all it took to inform the dark figure of another. A grunt was emitted from beneath his breath. Though she looked young in appearance, the puritan could tell the woman must of been at least half his age. This caused the the dark cloaked figure to holster his gun behind his cloak as he gave a grunt of a disapproving nature.
"We are drawing attention onto ourselves." Uttered in an icy tone, the young looking Immortal began to walk backwards from where he originally climbed over to the rooftop. "Perhaps next time, Instead of fighting, we'll use our skills to return the world back to what it was...where we were once feared." The cold dark being muttered as he finally reached the edge of the roof. Without looking back and keeping his gaze beneath his hat upon the demon, the vampire gave a single nod before leaping off, falling straight down onto the alleyway below.
I cannot afford these distraction. If I plan to make changes, then I must make them and recruit others to join. His mind reasoned as he traveled through the darkness, his cloak falling over his entire body, helping in his attempt to blend in with the shadows.

Veroen could hear and smell everything that was happening around him, and the Vampire girl, was no exception.
However, even though he could tell where she was, he did not show it. Instead, he kept a casual stride as he walked on the sidewalk, a blank expression on his face as he kept looking forward. He then passed the entrance to the alleyway that the Female Vampire was hiding in. He made no gesture that suggested that he intended on stopping and finding her, nor did he make any movements that suggested he know where she was at all. Save for one, small thing: A subtle smile crept up on the corner of his mouth as he passed the entrance to the alleyway where Corinne was hidden.
He did not stop his stride however, nor did he glance down the alleyway as he passed it. He knew she would follow him. She was no fool, and she would definitely be able to spot that small, yet subtle smile on the corner of his mouth. She would be intrigued, and would most likely follow him out of curiosity.
Veroen's smile disappeared after he was 5 feet past the entrance to the alleyway that Corinne was hidden in.

Corinne's gray eyes remained upon the stranger as he passed the alleyway without the slightest amount of interest in it. The only thing that gave him away that suggested he likely knew where she was happened to be the grin he wore while passing by the alleyway. Upon seeing this the younger vampire frowned and contemplated what the smile could possibly mean. More likely than not he was either considering himself superior to her and basking in the fact that he knew where she was or he was playing some kind of game with her. It was perhaps a combination of the two but she got the feeling this was more of a game to him than anything without serious intent.
Very well. She could play games as well and if he was playing follow the leader who was grinning due to the fact he wanted her to follow then she would play along. If he wanted her to follow him then she would see what it was this strange, somewhat smug assassin was up to. It seemed he wasn't intending to threaten her from what she could gather though she wasn't sure what his intent for turning this into a game was. Did he want her to follow so he could trap her or ambush her somehow? Perhaps. She would have to air on the side of caution, stick closer to the street than to the alley ways just in case.
After waiting a few moments and debating with herself she decided to break her cover and decided to follow after him. She wasn't going to bother to disguise the fact that she was following him since she didn't wish to travel through the allies or atop the rooftops to do so. No. She would pursue on foot. There was nothing wrong with walking and no one was above it, no matter how many vampires insisted that scaling buildings was better suited to them. Her stilettos, which she'd managed to practically mute to nothing now clacked prominently and business-like as she made no attempt to pursue him while sticking to the shadows.

Veroen listened carefully as he kept walking, and eventually heard her move out of the alleyway, and in the same direction as he. So she had decided to follow, had she? Predictable, to say the least. However, Veroen would have done the same thing. His suspicions were correct it seemed. She was indeed of assassin lifestyle. It could not be easily so hidden from an Assassin like Veroen.
He continued walking, and a smile crept onto his face again, and he slightly fastened his speed.

When the man increased his speed Corinne frowned at the gesture though it pretty much confirmed that he was more likely playing with her than anything. She would have to be cautious and assure his playing wasn't an attempt to distract her from something else she would have normally noticed had this decoy not been presented to her. She quickly looked over her shoulder to confirm that no one was behind her and quickly looked over all the building tops to assure there were no unwanted people perched there waiting for her to pass by. When she finished her inspection it seemed that the coast was clear and she continued to follow after him without increasing her speed. She didn't need to come off as completely needy. Perhaps some distance was a good thing.
