Wow, that site sure has changed from the last time I've seen it...years ago. lol And the specific post you're trying to link to seems to just redirect to the main page even if I just copy/paste the URL... sweatdrop
Hmm... That's odd... I'll try linking it again. It might just blow your mind... XD

And upon inspection, it seems that the www. is trolling us in that first link.

Heya, people. I'm back from final finals. The pestering period is over.
@Neji: Holy Jebus H. Columbus. I wonder if that was intentional.
...Actually I should start a thread for this news. xp
Dragons, eh? Coolio. I don't think they've been used as much in this series. Here's hoping that they're more than exposition-dump MacGuffin people. Then again, it's Tales, so I think they'll be handled well, be they protagonists or antagonists (perhaps both! That's often the most interesting way, I find.).
Also, TALES IN ENGLISH FOR PS3 IS BEST NEWS TO HEAR AFTER FINAL FINALS! ALSO, BLEEP YEAH! HUZZAH! M. BISON YES!
You know, I was going to rant like that for the rest of the post, but I think I'll spare you guys. In short...
It's more Tales! On PS3! In English! It's looking pretty good so far. Sure, it's due out in 2015, but... (loop paragraph)

I know right! With all this business about the PS4 I was afraid that the next Tales would be for it. SO glad it isn't! whee And M. Bison you say? *hurls an E. Bison at you*
I can totally wait until 2015 having just gotten my PS3 and all. :3 I got a playthrough and a half to do of Xillia and a playthrough of Graces F. And if I just happen to need my Tales fix still after I beat those, I still haven't completed Radiant Mythology... sweatdrop I became obsessed with the crafting system before becoming obsessed with other games altogether. I really need to start beating games before I move on to the next one... Maybe... >.>

Just got back from see the new Hobbit movie....which was full of epic stuff. xd
Oh, heck. I'm getting sick, and my dad has decided that today is the day to do all of the housework. Parental compatibility dropping. I think I'm going to slip out to obtain some ginger ale in town as soon as possible.

Yeah, it's pretty awesome. AW-AW-AW-AW-AW aw-aw aw-aw-aw-aw-aw, aw aw-aw-aw-aw-aw aw aw aw-aw-aw-aw-aw. *is being elektro*
Yeah, and if you want any more Talesiness there's always Graces and Xillia for PS3.
Am I the only one here who usually pretty much plays one major game (something with a decent-length plot, like an RPG) until completion, then moves on? I might be playing I Miss The Sunrise and Metal Gear Solid at the same time soon, but still!

But was it accurate (aside from Legolas and Co.)?

I haven't read the book so I can't really say, though the order of events was kinda the same as the animated version.
I'll have to see for myself. I would reread the book before the movie, but that's not practical with the Hobbit, and I'm already rereading the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I would definitely recommend the Hobbit book, though. It's probably my favorite out of the Middle-Earth stuff that I've read. It was a simpler time.
Even if it's not the best adaptation, it can still be a good movie. I just hope the trilogy doesn't pull a Fullmetal Alchemist on us.

A Fullmetal Alchemist? I watched all of that but I don't know what you mean... I think my fave part of the first one was the Lonely Mountain song [I forget the name...].

The first Fullmetal Alchemist anime diverged from eventual path of the manga. It's very different. It is reportedly still good, but there was eventually the more accurate adaptation in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Anyway, do you mean this? I'm excited to see the second movie. Does anyone else get that physical tingly feeling when listening to this stuff? I do.
Was that track there a mix of different music from games and stuff? It's not bad.

That was because Hiromu Arakawa (creator of FMA) wasn't finished with the manga at the time, and she wanted for the first anime to be different in order for her to have more time to develop her characters.
Even though it's different, it's still really good. :3 In all adaptations, one particular scene still gets me in tears every time I see it.

She wanted the first one to be different? That's an unusual approach, but it arguably means twice the FMA, so it's fine.
Which scene are you talking about here?

All righty, I'm actually remembering to get some friends and family gifts this year! Huzzah! Yes, it's harder than it looks. Also, during the process, I was reassured that my height and fancy coat did not make me look like a shoplifter. That's always nice.

Hughes's funeral scene with Elicia.
That would do it, yep. *must watch anime(s) now*
Also, whoa. Fedora-man, that is quite the journal thing you wrote for Rhone. I admit I'm pretty curious now.

Located my copy of ToS, now to gather infomation once more
By all means. Perhaps you should go try Orienteering in Palmacosta. You'll get... lots of information. emotion_awesome
Hmm... Finally starting on Metal Gear Solid. I can already see that it's going to be an interesting experience, though I kept on accidentally skipping the opening scene. scream Also, tripping laser traps that fill the cargo bay with gas, having no rations when facing a certain revolver-toting boss, getting a game over in the first area, etc. These stealth things take practice!
