The building that the man had entered appeared to be some sort of apartment building, it was not actually clear because all he could see was a corridor with endless doors on either side. Probably very cheap rent for those people who where not the poorest in the city, but close to it. It did not faze the man either way, so he simply headed towards the stairs and made his way to the ground floor.

A few minutes later he pushed open a large wooden door and stepped down the five large steps to reach the street. His eyes were focusing on the road ahead of him and his look was sober. He was replaying the encounter he had just had with that pregnant lycan. He will probably meet her again, she looked so delicious.

He walked alone through the dark side street for a few minutes and then turned the corner, finding a busier street now, so he could blend in with the mortals now.

Though the dark clothed vampire couldn't get a visual, the fresh and renewed Immortal could feel someone watching him from the distance. Lifting his head slightly to allow his beady red eyes survey his surroundings from his perch on the edge of the roof, the man grunted. Though he couldn't see the person, he could sense what the person was. A disgusting demon. With that thought, the cloaked man slipped his hands beneath his heavy black cloak to adjust his hidden weapons: checking his sheathed sword, holstered single barrel shotgun and .45 colt. Pleased that everything was in check, the wide brim hat lowered as the man allowed his unusually long tongue stretch from his mouth to lick up the dry blood that crusted around his lips from his feed earlier.

Despite how old the blood was, it still carried a sweet and delicious taste to it, one that continued to fill his body with waves of ecstasy. Twice he has fed and with one being a virgin, the undead fiend would be fine and remain refresh for a couple of days. Rising from his perch, the strange vampire glanced around till he sense where the odd presence felt strongest. Perhaps I should visit our nosy friend. The monster reasoned as he quickly dived from the building to land quietly onto the streets below. As he walked, keeping his cloak tightly bound around him, it wasn't long for the strange man to run into a crowd of party people and night goers. The deeper he walked into the city, the more people there were suddenly.

With renewed senses, the dark clothed man could smell of fresh and corrupted blood in the midnight air. The sound of a thousand heartbeats echoed in his ears as he began his walk amongst the mortals. Though his pale complexion and odd appearance would bring odd glances and stares, his aura of hate and eeriness insured no one would bother him. Continuing his walk in silence, it wasn't long for the man to stop as he felt the demonic presence in full strength, now aware that it wasn't on ground level, but high above him. Grunting in displeasure, the wide brim hat traveler moved over to one of the many dark alleys and began to scale it in his normal quick fashion.

As he made it on top of the building, the paraffin skinned vampire caught sight of the nosy Immortal. Keeping a stoic expression and emitting an aura of annoyance, the dark clothed figure stared at the strange being with hate and disgust. Beneath his cloak, the vampire had already had a hand on the hilt of his sword while his other held his Lupara loaded with silver buckshot.

D turned to the vampire, "You have quite the appetite by comparison to other vampires of the day." His sliver eyes stared at him almost in admiration of his freedom. This vampire's being was something very interesting to look at, inside and out.

"You also seem to have very good senses about you, most can tell I'm looking at them even if I'm several feet away. Now you, on the other hand noticed from a quarter a mile away." He really was impressed with this vampire, but wondered why he had come to him. D could easily read the aura the vampire was giving off but only took it in stride not as a warning or threat.

Nothing but the flaps of his long black cloak stirred from the stoic vampire as he raised his head slightly to peer at the demon from beneath the rim of his large hat. It was obvious the demon had no intent to start a fight and carried no threatening aura, but the dark figure knew better than to accept only what one sees. There were always hidden agendas beneath every smile. Beneath every compliment there was a secret desire that the giver yearned from the person and with such thought, the dark cloaked vampire remained ever weary of the stranger before him. Not shifting or moving from his position, the vampire puritan noticed the man was unarmed.

How unfortunate for him… Reasoned the pale skinned vampire as he finally let a facial expression grow on his face. A thin lipped smile spread across his translucent face as he stared at the young looking man before him. The sound of the city life at night continued to fill the air with background ambiance as the two would lock eyes upon each other. Though he continued to radiate his aura of annoyance, the feeling of dread did manage to die down a bit.

The smell of demon kind is not hard to notice.” The grim figure uttered in an emotionless tone, his smile still spread upon his smooth face. His eyes, still burning red from his feed, narrowed slightly upon the man as he finally shifted from his stoic stance, revealing his sheathed sword and his hand on the leather bound handle. Though the vampire had no love for demons and their kind, he had no hate for them either. As long as the race knew its proper place in the world, the radical and racist vampire would remain somewhat docile before the man, at least as long as the man returned the somewhat calm appearance.

You’ve been watching me. Why?

Veroen was quick to catch the scent of a demonic presence. However, the thought did not break his stride. Instead, he merely changed the direction. He silently made his way across the street, without paying much attention to the oncoming traffic. Cars passed him as he crossed the pavement, shouting protests and cursing at the tall figure for not attempting to avoid them.

Veroen reached the other side of the road, and continued his casual stride with his head slightly bent down, hidden beneath the hood of his leather long trench coat. The scent became more defined, stronger even. He was getting closer it seemed. Then he also caught the scent of a Vampire. He hesitated in his mind, but did not reveal any sort of hesitation on the outside, and kept his steady, human paced walk.

The Void Master stopped just before he walked past an alleyway. He glanced up. The scents originated from a higher elevation so it seemed.

Still carrying a long metal rectangular case that housed his .50 Caliber Long Range Sniper Rifle, he turned down the alley way, and continued walking.

'Daiguren....' he recognized the demonic scent very easily.

However, the scent of the Vampire was not a familiar one.

In the blink of an eye, Veroen had jumped up, and caught himself with a single arm on the fire escape, and flipped himself over the railing with ease, landing on his feet in the fire escape. He then quietly ascended the fire escape stairs, still with his Metal case in hand.

He stopped once he reached the top of the building, and glanced at the two figures that were but 12 feet away from him. He was right about the Demon being Daiguren, but his cold gaze fell upon the Vampire whose scent was not recognized.

He was silent.

The Void Master's mind bustled with curiosity as he stared at the two in deep, mysterious silence.

D smiled even more as vampire spoke the few words he did. Seeing the sword his eyes narrowed slightly leaving him just to start laughing.

"Because your somewhat entertaining. More then these peaceful humans and beings that now infect this city like a putrid scourge. You tend to remind me of the old days, when vampires walked alone and feed at there own whim and hunger with no fear of humans," D looked as if he was reminiscing for a moment then snapped back to the moment. "Then again that was before they knew of others, lycan and us hellions. That gave rise to fear."

D's eyes shot behind the vampire he was speaking to and rested on Veroen, then went back to the vampire before him. This one offed so much more entertainment for him, even though in the past Veroen had served some purpose.

"That's because I do not fear the pathetic humans nor the other impure species that walk my night." The dark cloaked man replied in his usual cold voice to the inhuman's comment about the old days. As he spoke though, the vampire's red orbs quickly darted over to the arrival of another yet his body remained stock still before both presence. Heh, a friend of the demon? No. He's a vampire. An unusual vampire... Returning interest back to the demon, the vampire let his cloak fall over his exposed sword as he continued to give his thin lip smile to the man. Something was indeed different about the newcomer. His aura emitted darkness, something the creature of night was quite familiar with. This caused the smirk beneath the rim of the hat to grow.

"A friend of yours?" The monster asked, his red eyes, while on the demon, followed the movement of the other vampire holding a metal case. Not bothering to wait for an answer, the man moved in a blurry of action as he flipped his cloak open and pulled his shotgun out to the other vampire and unloaded his buckshots at his general direction. As he did so, his crusader sword was already out and ready in his one hand as he prepared for whatever the fellow vampire was about to throw at him. Though the silver pellets would undoubtedly do little to no harm to the vampire, it was enough of a distraction for him to ready his sword and anticipate his foe's action.

"Come." The pale skinned swordsman whispered, taunting the fellow vampire into a fight. He was fresh from his recent feed and knew his unusual healing ability would hold up with whatever his opponent had to throw at him, at least for a good while. Having his silver coated blade defensively in front of him and his empty Lupara holstered away beneath his cloak, the strange inhuman puritan emitted a craze grin of demonic delight.

"A temporary alliance but that was along time ago and I'm far from impure," D stood there and watched the vampires actions his eyes easily able to follow the movements. "Veroen."

Right as he spoke the vampires name a mass of demonic aura rushed from Daiguren, a spear now resided in his hands. His voice whispered into the attacking vampires ear," Give me a good show." Daiguren never seemed to move the spear rested on his should now.

Veroen was silent as he noticed Daiguren acknowledge him, but then turn back to the other Vampire. However, once Daiguren did, the other Vampire spat out a few words, and humored Veroen by shooting a buckshot made of silver at the Void Master, following up by drawing his sword.

Veroen was by no means a fool.

The Void Master was swallowed by darkness as the Vampire shot his gun at him, leaving nothing there for the bullets to smack into save for empty air.

In a flash of dark shadow of the Void, Veroen reappeared in the exact same spot, with an unimpressed expression. With a clunk, he dropped his metal case that housed his .50 Caliber Long Range Sniper Rifle, onto the ground next to him. Without a word he silently pulled down his hood, revealing his features: Long white hair that extended down to his mid-back was tied into a single long ponytail; His right eye looked normal, save for the crimson colored iris in the middle of it, and his left eye was completely black, save for a similar crimson iris in the middle. The eye was unnatural, formed from the Void during his retreat from society, to replace the empty socket that was once there.

Veroen cocked an eyebrow.

This one could be part of the Coven, and if that were so, Veroen would have little problem killing him with a clear conscience.

The hasty Vampire had picked a fight with Veroen, and Veroen would bey no means back down.

His expression was dark, as he slowly drew his katana made of pure silver. The sound of metal scraping metal ringed in the air and lingered for a few moments, singing a long loved tune to Veroen. There was something different about this blade, however. It was made of pure Silver, yet the blade was completely black, polluted with the Void's power and Darkness.

Veroen stood for a moment with his dark sword drawn and pointed at the Vampire who challenged him.

"As you wish."
Is all that was uttered from his mouth in reply to the Vampire's taunt.

He simply stood there, at 6' 8" tall, waiting for the other Vampire to make a move.

Recognizing the weapon as one of those of the orient, the bloodlust vampire grunted in amusement as he pointed the end of his blade towards the ground at an angle. Though he was disappointed by the creature dodging his buckshot by disappearing, this did inform the wide brim hat fighter much about his opponent. A Void Master? Interesting. Perhaps this man is more than just some inexperienced lackey of the new wave of vampires. Glancing over to the demon, who had summoned a strange spear into his hand, the dark cloaked figure straightened himself out as his body released the tension his body held for combat.

Though he yearned to throw his body into combat to test the new young blood that flowed through his body, the demonic vampire knew better, not wishing to bend his desires to that of the lowly demon. Emitting a hiss, the man sheathed his sword as his cloak flipped open. As he did so, his other gloved hand removed the hidden 1911 from its holster. Yet, as he did so, he insured no one would notice the action as he moved the cloak over his other hand's position. His dark crimson eyes narrowed as they lingered on the Katana wielding vampire.

"Hellspawn, I am not your toy to be played with." As the inhuman voice muttered the sentence, the head of the swordsman turned to the spear wielding demon as the smile from earlier faded to an expression void of any human emotion. "Confiteor Deo Omnipotenti..." As he spoke the words, the cloaked figure adjusted his position to face the demon now.

"Quia peccavi nimis." And with that, the bloodlust vampire withdrew his hidden pistol and unloaded four silver rounds onto the demon, his aim adjusting in an arc to cover all potential routes of dodging from the spear man.

Veroen was somewhat surprised at what he saw, though it did not show on his face. It seemed as though Daiguren's words had upset the Vampire, causing him to attack the Demon.

Veroen lowered his katana, and with one swift movement, dug out a cigarette and plucked it in between his lips, and lit it.

He exhaled the smoke, as he slightly relaxed, and watched, with his sword still drawn.

Time stopped around Daiguren, it was not magic but the simplest ability he had. Able to move as if time doesn't apply to him was easy and the bullets themselves had stopped in mid air. D stepped around them and stopped to the side of the vampire with his spear at his throat.

D then slowed back down to a 60sec/min but his movements took less then a millisecond,"Your no toy, just a fighter and I dislike that term hell spawn. I was cast there not born there." His silver eyes shinned staring at the vampires being.

Alethea had come in after they solved it, realizing how comfortable the atmosphere was and she only looked at them with a strange expression, "I guess you solved your problems already?" her voice in question as she stood there, staring with curiosity.

She nodded to both of them in respect, "I'm sorry. Just thought you guys would still be cat fighting by now..." she giggles with embarrassment and finally just rubs her nose to warm it from the chilly weather finally settling in on the night, as the moon rose high above them all to claim the sky as it's own.

Upon realizing the night, she finally extends her arm to Meredith, "Hi. Yea, I'm the one that was tailing the demons." she smiles at her as she had caught their conversation by her sharp ears from when she was approaching just a few minutes ago. Shaking her hand she tucks her fiery locks of hair behind one ear, "It's good to finally be introduced. We talked a few times on HIN." she remembers also and then releases her hand.

Realizing the third dark figure walking away, that Eden had drew her magnum for, but shrugged her shoulders at the figure and then finally smirked at the two of them, noticing Sethe's heightened stress still she motions with her right hand, "I say, you two should come back to Hunter's & we all have a good drink & enjoy the night while it's still here..." she suggests politely with a playful smirk playing along her lips, "Plus the drinks are free, what more can ya ask for??" indulging her own senses to accept the idea of it all being free - that was definitely a bonus with this Haven thing.

The vampire felt the sharp tip of the spear against his throat as the demon hissed made its remark about being cast in Hell and such. It was obvious what type the demon this spear man was, for nothing moved that fast except those who dwell in the Underworld. Bearing an entertained grin on his face, the wide brim hat warrior locked eyes with the demon's own silver eyes, somewhat satisfied he drew such a strong emotion from the creature of the underworld.

"Why? Does it hurt your feeling...Hellspawn?" With that final taunt, the gunman knew he would have enough time to out pace the demon in action unless it was something bizarre and strange, thus taking the spear with his free hand, the undead Immortal lunged forward to lodge the spear into his throat. Deeper and deeper the blade of the weapon dug into the vampire's neck, causing all matters of blood to squirt out of his body as his grin grew. Now covered in blood and watching in silence as it oozed along the handle of the spear's shaft, the strange monster shifted his eyes to the demon.

Hoping the action would startle the demon for a moment, the puritan vampire raised his pistol and unloaded the rest of his rounds, knowing that at this point blank distance and with his weapon firmly lodged deep in his throat, the demon was either going to retreat leaving his weapon using his time freeze or take the shots due to hesitation. One way or another, the dark cloak figure had the advantage due to range and the awkward situation. With his grip strongly on the spear with a good portion of the spear tip through his neck, removing the weapon would prove quite difficult. Even in frozen time space, his inhuman strong grip would remain on the weapon and locked in possession to the vampire.

"Do...not...tell me...what to do or give." The bloodied dark clothed monster spat, blood slipping out of the corner of his mouth. It was hard to tell with his throat full of blood and a spear, but the hint of amusement seemed to be hidden within his tone.

Sethe dragged his cigarette again. She asked if he could just throw AO away, like it was some tool that had outlived it's use. He shook his head, and chuckled nervously. 'It's not as easy as throwing it away.' he started, removing his right hand glove, and showing her the brand. 'The four of us are bonded. The only way for me to no longer be the Omega, I have to die. I don't plan on doing that anytime soon, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud to be the Omega. It's a sense of the underdog coming out on top. I used to just be Haven's full-time electrician. Then Will let me start Hunting.'

He drew another plume from his cigarette, and addressed the next topic. 'I guess I was hoping for a reunion. I'd finished my task, and wanted to get back into the swing of things, start living again. I wanted to come back to Kerri, show her I was back, and fine, and all, and finally settle down with her. I made a deal with AO on my way back. Because of how much I figured it'd caused problems with my life here, I convinced them to just tell me when I have to do something outrageous like that, again. It took a while. I had to commune with them for like, three days to finally be able to do it. The runes are powerful enough to keep them confined, and not take me over completely, but the benigs I hunted were serious threats to mankind, and they needed to be destroyed. So AO didn't give me a choice. They told me that after those beings were gone, they wouldn't do it again.'

Sethe sighed after taking another drag. Again, he shook his head, 'I don't have a lack of faith in you, hon. I have nothing but faith in your abilities. You're the younger sister of one of the best Hunters I know. You have big shoes to fill, and you're doing just fine. It's the pricks that have joined in my absence that I have no faith in. I know you have what it takes to be an Alpha. They don't realize it, nor do they respect your authority, or my abilities. That's what has me pissed at the Group right now.' He sighed angrily, and looked at the alleyway entrance as Alethea arrived.

The werewolf was still sitting against the wall. He'd calmed down a significant amount, and slowly started to rise from the wall. 'A drink might be nice right about now, actually. It might help me relax a little more...' Sethe's voice was no longer cracking. He was suitably calm enough to be able to walk back to Hunter's. He was still upset, and his stance gave it away, but not over the situation at hand. He wasn't doing much to cover his thoughts, and the only thing on his mind was Kerrigan. The ninja rolled up his left sleeve, and tapped his wrist-mounted PDA, and a picture of Kerrigan popped up as the background for the device. He sighed, looking at the picture, trying to hide the image from the others, and hid his PDA, again.

'Let's go.' he said as he started to walk out of the alleyway.
