Yeah, there's this one I'm stuck on.Homework Althea baked a plum bar and cut it into ninths. What fair trades can she make with Rosita, who's rasperry bar is split into sixths?

Eskaatjuh: Ehhh, maybe, maybe not. I may have an auction sometime in the future, or join in if LadyD does another charity art auction combo thingermawhatsit. *lol*

Toony: Look at equal portions. Like so:
3/9 = 1/3
2/6 = 1/3
So if they each wanted a third of the other's bar, one would give three bars and the other would give two. This is assuming the bars are the same size, of course.
Edit: And when all else fails, you can always draw pictures. Fractions are nice that way.

@Toony- I HATE fractions gonk Though I'm greatful right now factoring right now doesn't invovle me solving them(I don't have a calculator at school)
We are going over the quadratic forumala for review...
-b + or - the square root of b squared -4ac over 2a... I think I got that right *scratches head* I hate letters too...they can get really confusing gonk What math level are you in?
