General advice to all participants: notice pain.
How? Grimace. Have your character's stride be a little off, breathe a little faster, move a little slower, note a vague soreness when you move, something like that, in more than one post.
Because if you just sort of make a nod towards "this did damage" and then act as though you were hunky-dory, I'm going to dock points from you.
EDIT: Of course, I've specifically noted that I am going to judge with extreme severity and harshness, so... yeah.

....Rosa is judging ?....oh damn. If we dont adhere to what he says will he grade us horribly ? If we dont write what he likes will we lose points ?

Yeah, unless you don't feel pain, then you're totally free to just outright ignore it on the grounds of "you don't feel it".
@Garam: I'm not going to grade on whether or not you take my advice, and I'm not going to tell you what you should and shouldn't post. I'm just telling people ahead of time things they can do to ensure that I don't dock too many points from their score.
Like, for example, proofread your posts before posting them. That's also advice that can go for everyone.
Though, I'm not gonna, say, dock points from Noire because his prose is flowery and vaguely purple; but, if his vivid descriptions are so detailed as to make me go "Wait, what?" then I'm more likely to consider taking a few points away on the grounds of clarity.

Rosa: Oh ok. Meh Ive always get graded low in the aspect of entertainment and fun. Simply becuase Im very technical, Im not very "funny" when it comes to fighting. I guess my idea of creativity is trying to find a way to break someone's arm without getting hurt, while the judges have other ideas.

Right now? Class is over, I need to go visit the financial aid office.
EDIT: Unless you have no grammar or spelling errors at all, you will not get a 5.
If you fail to meet standards of grammar school, you will not get over a 2.
