Cade doesn't use lightning. He's using a new technique, kind of a twist on the plagius's "midichlorian manipulation".

Still ,you could use Force Lightning like that, you'd just have to control the output so you jump-start their heart instead of frying it to a crisp.

Therefor, I can justifibly use force-lighting as a Jedi Healer, but it would be a different kind of Force-Lightning.

I doubt it, before the guilds were as they are now, they were simple threads in a huge forum.

I'm not very sure of that, I wasn't a mod during most of the problems we've had with them and I've only been here a year myself.
But from my point of view, we are much more prosperous and organized. Thus I would call us the Official.
