he could hear voices now, he just couldn't consintrate hard enough to actual hear what they were talking about. he still felt very dizzy, but overall was getting better.

Meredith roamed about the city, desperately and unsuccessfully attempting to pick up the trail of a vampire who really didn't want to be found. Not only was he an assassin and would have been incredibly difficult to track down in the first place but now Veroen had the void on his side; a deadly but useful tool especially if one did not wish to be found. It upset her that she couldn't pick up his trail and now she was going to have to find him the old fashioned way, cop style, peel her eyes and ear, move from place to place and wait until she struck some gold. As unlikely as it was it seemed it was her only option, that was, until she began going through a list of vampire hunters in haven and narrowing that list down to who happened to be a void master. Only one name popped up in her memory banks and it happened to belong to a loner vampire who possessed the same first name as the brother of Kalan Alastronia, Aiden. He was the only recorded void master that she could pick out of her brain. He'd been on the roster longer than her and probably the most difficult hunter to locate and least likely to cooperate but certainly the most experienced void master she knew, in fact, the only one.
The hunter leader groaned she she realized she was going to have to use his assistance and would probably have to beg him to throw her a bone. As much as she hated the idea of having to deal with him now of all times, her status had climbed since she'd talked to him last and hopefully that would give her the edge she needed, if not, she could always resort to persuading him ... Somehow ... Eventually, though, after much hesitation the woman pulled out her HIN device and began to quickly tap the required keys on her phone in order to message the odd ball hunter and see if he was even capable of using the technology. She wasn't sure she'd ever seen him post something on the HIN and she really wasn't sure how reliable he would prove to be. However, she decided to take her chances with it and see where they got her. 'I can't believe I'm resorting to Aiden of ALL people ...' She let out a sigh as she finished her message and awaited a response.

Aiden easily spotted the newly elected hunter leader at the base of a building and he solidified after he emerged from the pool of shadows that the building's silhouette gave off. His entrance was made right before Meredith's eyes as he emerged from the nothingness though in his mind even nothing was something. After all, shadows were shadows and not nothing, were they not? And simply because you could not see something in the dark did not mean it was not there. However, that wasn't what he was here for.
The angelic-faced vampire appeared before Meredith decked out in his typical black turtle neck with his combat vest overtop along with his trench coat and his gray, washed out jeans. Tonight the angel's face was decorated with the various piercings he possessed. He had the silver lip ring on the left side of his lip, a silver ball on the ring as well as the identical eye brow ring on his right eye brow. His ears were littered with various piercings, all silver in colour, not necessarily the precious metal itself.
His face lacked the usual playfulness he issued when toying with others and was completely business as well as nonchalant with a hint of disgust. It was clear that he was not pleased being roused in such a fashion and that he wanted this over with as soon as it was possible. Perhaps he didn't have better things to do but he wasn't eager to be helping out a mongrel such as the likes of this cur.
"What purpose have you deployed me for?"

Despite the fact that Aiden was probably a bajillion years old seeing as he'd been a general at some point in his life, he looked absolutely amazing when he'd been in his prime. The piercings were certainly something that Meredith wasn't going to complain about since they made him look a lot more modern though it seemed he still insisted on keeping his extremely long hair. The vampire was still incredibly feminine in appearance which was what gave him the angel face in the first place. He'd certainly changed a bit since she'd last seen him but it seemed that everyone had changed since she'd last seen them so it didn't really come as much of a surprise to her. "I'll cut to the immediate chase and say that Veroen has been afflicted with the void and now he's gone into hiding from me. I was wondering if you'd be able to help me find him and if you'd be willing to give him some tips on how to keep the void in check."
The vampire before her was absolutely ruthless and could probably prove a match to Veroen as well as to her. She wasn't sure if Aiden would be able to conquer Sethe but she didn't really care to find out all that this creepy vampire was capable of. He was always eerily quiet and to himself and to drag him out was usually just asking for trouble but she needed him at the moment. That was why she was able to bite back her growls about his clear displeasure of helping her even though that was what hunters did. Either way the wolf was unsettled about the presence before it and could sense the nothingness in him right away. It was not as fresh as Veroen's but it was certainly a lot stronger. All she could really do, though, was try to be nice and hope that the vampire would cooperate. Of course she could always threaten to kick him out of the huntesr but she was pretty sure that he wouldn't care and she didn't particularly want Aiden as an enemy.

The vampire's sharp, ice blue eyes narrowed in suspicion as she went on about how some vampire named Veroen was afflicted with the void. Seeing as the name had never crossed him he could only assume that this 'Veroen' she spoke of was with the coven. This concern for a vampire of the coven seemed unfit for someone who was leading the hunters and Aiden was quick to state as well as display his disapproval. He was a former psychic and had retained some of his abilities though the void had dulled all of them and completely nullified others.
"Having inter-racial relations, while it might be good for diplomacy will make you appear very unprofessional. And lets not forget that allowing this vampire your protection puts all hunters at risk. Not just you. We're trusting your judgement and we all know how that's been in the past."
Aiden was not one to spare feelings and he truly did cut to the chase where as the hunter leader, in her rush, did not fully explain the situation to him so he'd been forced to adopt a few memories from her mind. He was able to probe a few other things but he wasn't trying to do a complete sweep and only caught glimpses of events here and there.
"As for finding this vampire, if he is one with the void I can find him in a heart beat. The void is a part of me too and would be able to see me to him without issue. As for keeping the void in check, he must let it run its course and stop resisting. Once he surrenders to it he'll find that it's not as abysmal as many seem to portray it."
The angel-faced hunter grinned, it was an unsettling grin that had absolutely no business being on an angel. Unfortunately for those who were his prey, they fell for his lies and facades, his features. He'd been developed as the perfect predator, almost as effective as any incubus out there. This was where the line was drawn, though. He was no angel, simply a creature of the night and one that had willingly embraced the darkness of the void. He'd had no heart to start with and the remnants of what could have been had long ago been tossed into the contents of the abyss' cauldron never to be seen again.

MistressAudacious09 Alethea found herself tracking after this mystery man.
After those terrible moments at the bar, she knew within her soul, 'This psychic s**t HAS to stop...'. The only thing that really hinted to his existence in this area of town, is that same corvette that she saw whip out of the garage.
Her transportation was her legs, they were a bit muscular but thick from her constant running. Not as if she hated it - it was her favorite pastime. It was the best way to sooth her anger & adrenaline.
After the revving quite she snuffed in irritation of trying to find him, "Noow....where is he?" she asked herself aloud as she turned corners and clicked her way down the street with her leather hooded jacket, flapping in the passing breeze. Her black leather heels snapped against the concrete with her devil-red toes peeking out to play from the open-toe front. Her grey, faded stretch pants moved with each contour of her legs from the skinny leg design on them. A black halter top didn't cover much, stopping right below her belly button; that is why she kept her leather jacket on - this entire outfit had been worn in favor of a good night; which it wasn't.
Continuing on her search, she didn't know his name....or wait, 'Was it Krii'Ouse..?' her mind whispered in remembering Kerri's introduction of him and then cupped her red crimson lips, "Krii'Ouse? Hello?? You there?" her voice echoed off the dark alleys smoothly, hoping to reach his ears. Sethe's enhanced hearing helped him hear his name being called by someone. The ninja darted into an alleyway, and waited for a few moments, hearing high heels clicking against the paved walkways of the city. He stuck to the shadows, coated in black as he was, and held his body still. The only thing giving him away being the cigarette smoke, but the scent of the city would coat it, anyway. As the woman passed, he slunk out of the alleyway, and began to walk behind her, his ninja training keeping his heavy boots from making a sound louder than her own footsteps. He dragged on his cigarette, and continued skulking after her. He stopped at a lamppost, and leaned against it. Now only one voice rose from his hood, his natural voice. 'What do you want?' he asked, a smattering of agitation weighed heavy on his words. 'Who are you?' he asked. His heart weighed heavily on him. His fiancee was ignoring him, and it would seem she'd decided to make that ex-fiancee in his prolonged absence, without notifying him. This displeased both sides of his existence, the human, and the wolf. 'Why are you looking for u-' he paused, the second voice had slipped in as he stopped himself from speaking- 'me?'

Eden sighed in slight exasperation as she forced herself to remain calm while Aiden belittled her for things that were beyond him and that weren't his business. The last thing she wanted to hear was the likes of him judging her according to her actions and just because he didn't seem to approve of her did not mean that he got to lip off. However, it would have been a lot less annoying if he actually seemed to care about the hunters as opposed to using them as an excuse to make her look bad. Veroen would never hurt a single one of the hunters and he was certainly no risk to their security so Aiden could suck it as far as she was concerned. "Nice to hear you're so concerned about the rest of haven's well being but I think I can handle this. I have this under my belt so how about you worry your pretty little self with finding Veroen while I worry about diplomacy and all that complicated shiz that you don't need to stress over. So shall we be on our jolly way?"

The angelic predator's calculating eyes gazed into the hazel ones that belonged to the newly elected hunter leader and merely stood there in silence for a moment. Perhaps she would take his stare as a threat or as a challenge, he really didn't care and it was more a test for a reaction out of her than anything. After a few moments of their staring contest, however, Aiden decided that he just wanted this to be over with so that he could move onto bigger and better things.
"Very well. On our jolly way we shall depart."
Without warning he grabbed hold of her upper arm and blanketed them both within the void. He'd sought the void for guidance as to where this 'Veroen' happened to be and it had instantly pointed him in the right direction. He merely travelled through the abyss, careful not to let go of Eden, not being able to afford losing her in the darkness lest he never locate her again. That would be unacceptable, this he knew.

Alethea clicked with anticipation of how he would react. She stopped as soon as he was behind her and she glanced over her shoulder at him, her almost translucent turquoise eyes intensifying a bit from his own natural instinct to be paranoid & use his stealth skill to go undetected but she had smelled the cigarette smoke from the bar, "Now why would any one be smoking a camel crush, randomly, out here?" and she grinned over her shoulder as she turned to be staring at him.
After a moment of silence and his question, she finally sighed lightly,"I need a trainer....and you seem way more than adequate for it. My telepathy and telekinesis are out of control - I can never control & it's become quite a hassle in the past 4 years.". As she leans against a cold concrete wall, feeling it with her bare hands, she pulls her long fiery locks from in between the wall & her back, as it pulled roughly against her head. A pleasant smile pulled across her crimson lips, "I know it's not the right time...but I had a feeling I wouldn't get a chance...so I'm takin' my chances." she stood firmly, leaning away from the wall this time and began to approach him with no real fear of him. His heart was aching & no one, even as strong as he was - was really dangerous at all.
Standing just within a normal conversation distance, "I'm Alethea Di'dronia." she extended her arm in offer to shake his hand, hopefully he hadn't been in that of a bad mood.
Finally just being totally blunt but with a calm tone, "Look, I know you're hurt...so. If you'll get back to me, then do so later." taking his feelings into consideration, she begins to turn with her oceanic eyes glimmering with an unsure shine as she turns away, pulling her jacket closer to her chest as a gust of wind rubbed harder against her skin, 'So much for a nice night - The weather channel was WRONG, yet again...what a surprise.' she mentally whispers intended for herself and a sigh of exasperation escapes her lips.

Sethe sighed as the woman asked him to help her learn how to control her powers. Returning to his position was a responsibility. It was time to face that. He'd been too far removed from the city that he'd almost forgotten what it was like back here. He dragged his cigarette, and as the woman turned to walk away, he let the smoke flow out of his mouth while he spoke. 'We will start training your mind in the training room back at Haven. I'll meet you there in a little while.'
Sethe turned, and walked the opposite direction of her, and of Haven. He still needed some time to calm down after what had just happened. His fiancee, the woman he loved more than anything on this planet, the vampiress he'd left Skiaska for. The woman he'd never realized he loved until it hit him like a sledgehammer. She couldn't stand his return. He'd hoped that once he returned from his mandated mission he'd be able to talk with her, and finish arrangement for the wedding.
All for nothing. Now the responsibility of being Omega Hunter seemed too great a burden to him. If he was to never be able to hold the things he held dear, what was the point?
No. He'd worked hard to reach where he was. He'd done so much, fought so hard, and nearly died to become what he was. He'd gotten through the Lunite War, fought through the horrific transformation of Lycanthropy, when his vaccination had broken, and it had been too long for one to work effectively. He'd fought Daemons, Fallen Angels, vampires, Lycanthropes, and plenty of other dark things. He wouldn't give up what he'd worked hard to become. Never. He strode with confidence, as he continued to walk through the streets.
He sent the woman, Alethea, a thought. *Scratch that. Let's go on a hunt. Meet me at Central Park.* The ninja then slid into an alleyway, and rushed to the rooftops. He became like a shadow, gliding over the houses soundlessly, and returned to the garage he'd park the Krii'Vette v2, and snuck through the garage, into his car, started it up, and sped off towards Central Park.

[Enter Covy] Covy walked out into the night and took a large deep breath and let it out slowly, she closed her eyes and began to walk, she followed the energies and thoughts of the pedestrians out on the street, she didn't know where she was going, or how long it would take, she wasn't in a hurry she didn't have a place to stay or anything like that. She'd wait to find a weak minded fool to feed upon.

Alethea heard his voice and only smiled gleefully and turned around nodding through excitement, "Okee dokee!!" she kicked off the ground as she began racing toward the Haven to get ready for training.
As she was about 10 feet away from the Haven, giving him time to think - She was about to take off her shirt as she had heard his voice in her head,
'Scratch that. Let's go on a hunt. Meet me at Central Park.'
Her eyes widen greatly with anticipation of a hunt and she mentally smacked herself, 'Get yourself TOGETHER! it's just a ******** hunt!' and with a chuckle, she mellowed out her senses and quickly slipped on her usual outfit of cinnamon brown wife beater, that reached just below her belly button and a bronze leather jacket that reached to just below her bust area. With matching bronze leather pants & her dark brown leather boots that stretched to just below her knee cap, she was ready as she holstered her guns and ammo clips. As she ran out of the bathroom of changing, slipping on dark brown gloves over her pure gold knuckle plates, 'This is it. Prove your worth & put your intelligence & strategy to the test!!'.
Without even a word to anyone else, she skipped out the door but once hitting the sweet, cool breeze - her legs kicked off into a sprint through the city toward Central Park.

Covy opened her eyes, she felt a presence that was that of a weak mind, she glanced around her surroundings, she wasn't quite sure as to where she was, but she knew her food source was near. She stumbled back into an alley, she seemed almost drunk with hunger. Licking her lips she called out the words she knew would ensnare her victims, "Help me... Please help." she stumbled forward and saw more, felt her target's interest perk. She blindly grabbed towards him, "I need help." Her target drew closer and he reached his arms out towards her. Her eyes snapped open and she gripped the backs of his shoulder with her hands and drew him up to her body as she tore into his neck. The guy didn't last long, not when she tore out his jugular. When she was done she dropped the lifeless meat sack onto the ground, her face was covered with blood from the nose down, her red dress masked the blood, though it also covered her thighs and arms.

Ella Fey fittles with the ribbon around her neck as she walks down the streets, head turning a new direction every few seconds. 'It's so much brighter than in my dreams... Was I wrong? It this not the city in my nightmares?' A soft sigh excapes the demon. 'How will I ever find out who I am if I can't even find the right place? Or even someone who will reconize me?'
