is there an active mod? because i just did soemthing completely crazy and i want a mod to check it out and see what they think of it.
its a suggestion of adding soemthign to the guild....and its big in information..... sweatdrop

its basically an idea taken from the later Naruto Chapters (Chakra Element) and Classifying Jutsus.....Its abotu 3 pages worth of info in microsoft word... sweatdrop
