Feeling the grip tighten on her throat, Selyna pushed off her right leg and threw her weight to the leftside rolling them until Ka'rinth was on the bottom, then she threw her right leg out to brace herself to not be rolled again. Because of her sudden movement, the scarf didn't go straight at her stomach, but did manage to gouge the leftside of her stomach, just barely missing vital organs. Now straddling and hunched over him, she growled in pain, let go of his jacket, and tried to grab for his hands with hers. Her vision began to blur from the incredibly painful feeling of being in two places at once. She felt as though she were stuck between here and there without really being anywhere. She clenched her teeth as she tried to focus on removing his hands from her throat, though the feeling of being seperated was overwhelming. She screamed out in pain and humiliation of being in this position, not only being on top of him, but feeling as though she were losing her very self.

As the scarf unwrapped itself from his neck and replaced itself on hers, Selyna tried to scream, but was cut short by the scarf tightening around her. Struggling to get her hands free from his, she fought desperately to not be pulled closer to Ka'rinth. Her head swam now from the sensation of being ripped apart. She now felt as if her blood itself was being seperated, one cell at a time. As she felt her mind slipping, she felt herself being pulled further and further away from her. In a last attempt, she conjured enough electricity into herself and filtered it through her neck and hands, an amount large enough to light a medium sized apartment building.

It was too much for Selyna now, her mind racing, her vision going black from the grip the scarf had around her neck, and to top it off, she forgot the man was grounded and wouldn't be too effected by the electricity. By now, she really felt as if she were in two places at once and extremely cold. Choking to the point she could hear nothing but a high pitch sound and only see black, she pushed her knees so that her butt rose slowly, but steadily. Forcing her pelvis into his stomach was the last thing she could remember before passing out. Her body fell limp on top of Ka'rinth as the last of her willpower gave out.

Rintala was just walking, she had woke up about an hour ago and just started walking. She felt it, calling to her, she wanted it so badly! What ever was behind that door, what ever it was, she wanted it! Power! She wanted power, more of it now! She felt that same feeling she felt when Vice attacked her with the bolts of lightning. It was a secure feeling, warmth and life...but with this feeling of joy came the feeling of pain. The pain of feeling your entire body crumple under a single attack, the pain of knowing you're humiliating yourself by trying, the pain of being so weak! Rage continued to bubble in the little blonde as she stopped, dead in her tracks. This soft light, the warmth of this feeling, was gone! Replaced by a feeling of strength, a cold stone feeling suddenly wrapped her entire body up. She could feel something...something strong!

There was a feeling of absence, a feeling of lacking, when she released the earth, letting the feeling of strength subside from her body. She slouched backwards, wipeing her forehead of the non-existant sweat. Sitting down in the dirt, Rintala drew small circles, fantasising about the vast amount of power awaiting her back at the cave. The door...she needed to be stronger to open the door! She had to get stronger! Standing to her feet, gripping her fist tightly, she took hold of that feeling of warmth, soon feeling the stone cold grip of power take over. She felt it as if it was something she yearned for her entire life! Despite the fact she hated the cold, distant, feeling it gave, she loved the illusion of power it granted her.

"If I can do that with just a simple wave of my hand...what would happen if I-" Rintala held both her hands out infront of her, the cold stone feeling of power flooding into her arms. She felt herself reach down and take hold of the earth, she felt herself lift the earth high into the air, and she felt herself push the pillar down, the pillar quickly submerging into the earth as if she had never done anything at all. Falling to her knees, gasping for breath, she wiped the sweat from her forehead, smileling. "I...am...strong!" She shouted to no one in particular.

Rintala pushed herself to her feet, almost smileing. "Ready!" She flared her aura, unbeknownst to herself. There was a soft tremor as Rintala flaunted her new "strength"
