Seto was shocked, but quickly regained his calm. He growled, drawing a blanket over the two of them, glaring at his father. "I'm glad to have some privacy. Get out and let us get dressed." He snapped, his eyes flashing coldly. His father didn't even flinch. "Did you think you could get away with this?" Akhenaden asked, his voice shaking with anger. He crossed his arms over his chest. "I told you not to be with that woman! Especially now, now that she is to marry the pharaoh! Have you no sense? You'll be sentenced to death, Seto! And if you aren't, I'll kill you myself!" He was furious, with flecks of spittle flying from his mouth as he spoke. He was quite loud, and the door had been left open. That wasn't very good, what with all the other priests around. He continued to rant, looking like he was about to hit either of them. Seto just continued to glare steadily. "Nanu!" Atem found his loved and quickly threw his arms around her. He had heard Akhenaden's screaming when he fled, and that terrified him, more than seeing his future wife and cousin together. "Oh s**t oh s**t oh s**t, you were right. How did that happen? And so close to the festival! I can't believe it!" He babbled, not remembering that he was only dressed in a towel.

Nanu squeeked "Well..umm ok?" Nanu said confused. "Would ytou like to getsome clothes on?"
Ayira had squeeked at his yelling. Finally ayira got annoyed and yelled "Would you shut up old man! It's not your choice!"

"Seto!" Atem finally said, pulling away from Nanu, though he grabbed onto her shoulders. "And Ayira! They were together, they were... they were... Naked! And together! And then Akhenaden went in and he was maaaaaaaaad!" "My choice?" Akhenaden turned his crazed gaze to Ayira. "He's my son! It might not be my choice, but it does affect me! I will not stand for my son's and my reputation to be tarnished because of some pale tramp who--" "BE QUIET!" Seto roared, getting off of the bed, pulling his kilt back on quickly. "What do I care about your damned reputation? You're only talking about your pride! Now get the ******** out!" Seto showed no mercy as he grabbed his father's wrist, twisting it cruelly behind his back and pushing him out the door. He slammed it shut, and tried to ignore Akhenaden's voice as he continued to scream threats and rants.

Ayira shifted to let the sheats cover her up "....im not a tramp..." she mumbled.

"I know!" Atem gasped, looking feverishly over his shoulder. He was very stressed about the festival, which somehow made him rather hyperactive. "But she is supposed to be my wife, later on! I feel betrayed..." Seto leaned against the door, breathing heavily. He was flushed with anger, and went over to the bed. Akhenaden had quieted down, and Seto heard him stomp away. He embraced Ayira, kissing her forehead. "Of course you aren't. My father is insane..."

"Guh..." Atem closed his eyes, shaking his head violently. "I can't wait until this is over and I can get a normal night of sleep." "No. He'll be angry as hell for a while, but he won't try anything." Seto said soothingly, praying that what he said was true. He hadn't ever seen Akhenaden so angry before, but... Even if they didn't like each other, he was Akhenaden's son. That had to account for something, right? Bakura prowled around outside. He had left the underground town with Rei and Mariku, and stopped at Akila's house. He thought Rei would try to do something stupid, like try and stop him again, so he had knocked her out before coming to the palace, ordering Mariku to stay with her and make sure she stayed. This wouldn't last long, he knew, but he couldn't have that woman screwing it up for him.

Nanu nodded "yes it will be nice"
Ayira smiled softly as she rested her head on his chest.
Rei now laid in akilas hut out cold her children resting with her.

"Methinks we should stay away from Seto and them all until this calms down." Atem said, then looked down at himself. "Gahh! I'm not wearing clothes!" He yelped, then took a hold of Nanu's hand and bolted into his room with her. Akhenaden's Millennium Eye was still glowing brightly as he went to pace outside. He needed to calm down, he knew, but he was just so furious! He let out a yell and his hands clenched into fists. Something had to be done about that son of his... he couldn't have his life ruined because of that arrogant boy! Suddenly, Akhenaden noticed something from his Millennium item. He turned, just in time to see a white flash. Hmm... "Come on. We should get dressed, before there's another distraction..." Seto muttered, sighing heavily.

Nanu laughed as shewas pulled into his room "You just noticed?"
"yea..I hate this dress..." Ayira muttered pulling the dress back on.

"Seto...?" Akhenaden's voice floated through the door. Seto turned to coldly examine the source of the noise. "Seto... I-I'm sorry. I overreacted. Let me apologize, please let me in..." There was a light knocking. Seto looked hesitant, but who would say no to their father when they were trying to apologize? He went over to the door, opening it.
Instead of his father, Seto saw Bakura. The thief moved before Seto could react, leaning back slightly, before his leg snapped out. He kicked Seto squarely in his stomach, with a powerful force. Seto stumbled backwards, the breath knocked from him, and Bakura smirked, stepping into the room and looking around briefly. Akhenaden could be seen for a fleeting moment, looking smug, as the the door closed behind Bakura.
"Your room? Nice place." Bakura said coldly, glancing over at the girl before his gaze went back to the priest. His blue-violet eyes glittered with hatred, which was understandable. Seto struggled to get up, coughing and trying to get his breath back, but Bakura placed his foot on the priest's chest, grinding his heel and forcing Seto down. "No, don't get up. Unless you'd rather die standing, which is understandable."
Seto growled and grabbed Bakura's heel, twisting it. Bakura wobbled, loosing his balance, and fell to the ground. Seto cringed slightly and found that his stomach wound had ripped open; it wasn't as bad as when it was fresh, but it did hurt, and he was bleeding again. He lunged for the fallen thief, and in a flash Bakura had pulled out a dagger, prepared for Seto's attack.

"What the hell!" Ayira yelled jumping up. Luckly she had gotten her dress on. She sliped a painful looking knife from her bag rushing to the two of them.

Bakura and Seto had somehow managed to get to their feet-- or at least Bakura did, and then he hauled Seto up. He pinned his knife against Seto's throat, looking over at Ayira. He squinted slightly, trying to place her. He didn't recognize this person, and figured that she had done nothing, yet, to earn his hatred like the priest had. "Stand back, lady... I wouldn't want that pretty dress of yours to get stained." He sneered, watching her knife carefully. "Bakura, you--" Seto growled, but quieted down when Bakura turned slightly to look at Ayira. He knew that Bakura was insane, and would probably slit Ayira's throat without a second thought. He had to do something. Raising his hand, he was about to hit Bakura, seeing as he was distracted. Bakura, however, must have expected such an attack. In a flash, Bakura kneed Seto sharply in his stomach, holding his knife in place. The blade went through the soft underside of Seto's jaw, through his tongue, and the tip went a little bit into the roof of his mouth. Bakura looked disgusted and ripped his knife out, wiping the blade on Seto's shirt as the priest fell a little, his hands flying up to his jaw. All of this was happening extremely fast; Bakura had some energy to burn since being in a cave for a while.

Once he had riped the knife out Ayira grabed seto and shoved him on the bed behind her. Shestood infront of him . In a flash she swiped at bakura the jagged edges cutting into bakuras chest.

Bakura hissed a little, jumping backwards. His hand went to his chest, and he wiped off some of the blood that was trickling down onto his stomach. "Hmm. I take it you're not just some servant, huh? Then again, I should have known it by your looks." He was referring to her paleness, which probably meant she was something special. He brought his fingers to his mouth, licking the blood off, keeping his eyes locked on Ayira. "Very well. I wouldn't mind a challenge. But, in the end, the priest is gong to die by my hand, I can guarantee that. There's no way anyone tries to kill my wife and gets away with it." He twiddled with the knife in his hands.
