Not sure...
TPBM reckons that ambulances should not respond to self harmers*.
(* = A large number of self harmers who call and ambulance (or a crisis helpline to get one for them) are doing it for attention and there are self help programs in place to cut out the need for one but it makes me cross that still other people whom have been in accidents are left unattended and die as a result of such calls - especially hoaxers. I am fully aware that self harm is a "coping stratergy" for some people who have had a difficult time in life but these people tend to take care of their own wounds so the attention seekers should too).
