Leo tried to not giggle as he handed over a towel, "that could be true. i think they will have similar builds, though. just because one eats a bit more than the other, doesn't mean they will forever be one size or the other."

Hasta walking in, "maybe he's worried about having a fat kid. were you fat growing up, Ellie?" he walked over and smiled at Yuki, making a face and causing the baby to smile back and reach for him. a glance at Leo told him it was ok and he picked the laughing boy up, "missed you too!"

Pasa walked to Elliot and helped him clean up the parts he couldn't reach, "good morning."

Ipo sighed, "whatever. what you do with your life is your choice. they should go and bugger off. what's it matter to them if you smoke a little here and there?" he crossed his arms and smiled at Kashi, "you did nothing wrong, so stop crying. grow a backbone and tell them to shove it." his eyes became slightly tender and he cupped Kashi's cheek with one hand, "i'm not here to defend you anymore, but i came from you. there is me inside of you, deep down, you just need to dig it out."

Hasta smirked, "uh-huh, sure." he rubbed noses with his little master and smiled, "so you're leaving today, right? Pasa will take you, i'm too tired to transport you, kitty." he sat down and pulled a ball from the shadow realm to give to Yuki, letting the baby play with it.

Pasa snuggled Rin close for a second before sitting by his brother and pulling out an identical ball, letting Rin play with that as well, "i don't mind."

Leo shook his head, "then it is decided."

Nix pouted a little, "i thought i was doing alright!" she crossed her arms, "he's too mean! and you've got him all mixed up in your head! i couldn't tell what was him and what you wished he would do." she sighed and accepted the kiss, "sorry i made you cry, i didn't mean to." she looked up at Kashi, concerned, "i'd like to think us friends, and friends don't let friends cry alone. even if they are the reason for the tears."

Leo nodded, "you need to say goodbye to everyone before you go, dear. can't have you just disappearing without a word. it's bad form."

Hasta shrugged, "no one would notice."

Oliver stood outside of the tent, not sure what to do. should he go inside or return to his master? was Yashweh still angry with him? did he want to see him? Oliver bit his lip, unsure as he fidgeted with the plate in his hands. maybe he should just leave the food here and go-

Nix sighed, "sorry." she patted Kashi's hand, "we are friends, aren't we? i mean," she looked away, "i know i'm just a kid or whatever, but you need someone while Tsume's gone and i need someone when the sisters are driving me insane, so it works, right?"

Hasta huffed, "you're so pathetic looking with having to leave your own children i decided to give you a break. guess it was a bad idea." he didn't think he looked any different than usual, but the idiot prince was quick to pick up on any way to get back at him it seemed.

"Now, now," Leo soothed, shaking his head at the two. "I'm going to find my parents, Elliot. you come join us when you are ready." he shooed the demons out of the house before him, making sure they weren't left to torment his husband. his father was easy to find. he was in the main gathering area, surrounded by people as they delegated who would go to Saleh's homeland to help restore the damage. "Father!" Leo smiled and walked up to the man, instantly being drawn into the discussion while the demons kept the boys entertained.

Oliver jumped when Saleh came out, his eyes widening. Yashweh was crying for help and he had no idea what to do. panicking, the boy ran after then, but unable to do anything, he held back. the food in his hands was forgotten when he saw Yashweh falling, he ran to the other, but was too late to stop him from hitting the ground. resulting in Oliver standing there stupidly, having failed to help with anything, a platter of food held out towards the carpet that held the prince.

Nix laughed, "oh, i've no worries of them actually doing it. they just fight so much!" she shook her head as she got a towel to dry off, "so i guess i should have said for when they fight." being half water faie, it didn't take much for the water to brush off her skin. what was left simply absorbed. "besides, where am i going to find kids close to my age with the same maturity level? not gonna happen, i'd rather stick with you."

George saw Elliot coming to join them and smiled, "there he is! Elliot, my boy, Leo tells me you are heading out today. you'll be missed!" he clapped Elliot on the shoulder and excused them from the group, stepping away with Elliot and Leo in tow, "we'll get things taken care of here, so there is no need to worry about that. You have your own country to run, after all!" he grinned and glanced to make sure they were alone, "let that father of your know that Ambrose won't forgive him if he doesn't come for a visit once he's fully retired, you hear? she wants to spend time helping him heal, he was on his way when he was before, but he left far too soon."

Oliver nodded, "yes, sire, i slept fine. thank you." he took a step back to give Yashweh room to get up, "um, do you wish for me to take the breakfast into the tent?"

Nix shook her head, "i'd love to, i really would, but i promised i'd be there when the girls woke up, so i need to head back." she got on tip toes and pulled Kashi down to kiss his cheek, "you're more mature than me, i promise. i may have seen sex a thousand different ways in my head, but you've actually had it! there for you top me, but just you wait until i'm old enough to have a lover! then we will see who comes out on top!"

George nodded, "good lad. Leo, you're mother is on her way to speak with Saleh, you'd better go and see her too. she'll be put out if she doesn't get to say goodbye to Elliot." he tusseled both boy's hair before heading back to the group.

Leo slipped his hand into Elliot's and head for where the refugees were camped. "i was a bit confused there. i was thinking of Al, but i guess he meant Lewis. makes sense he would call Lewis your father, he did help raise you."

Oliver shook his head, "i was very warm, thank you." he walked to the tent and balanced the tray on one hand before holding open the flap for Yashweh, "yourself, sire? how did you sleep? were you cold?"

Ambrose plucked the tray from Oliver's hand and smiled brightly when he looked up confused, "good morning boys!" she said in perfect Retan, she'd been practising with George. "Yashy, dear, is your mother and brother here? i'd like to speak with them."

Nix stuck out her tongue, "maybe not, but being of that age means more than just sex, you silly." she waved at Kashi, "don't let them get you down, ok? and if Tsume gives you a hard time, i'll tell Leo to punish him!" she hurried back to the bedroom, not wanting the triplets to have woken and wonder where she was.

Leo nodded, "i can understand why. he was always Uncle Lewis to you." he hesitated when Elliot said he wanted to learn of his mother's death. he didn't know much of that time, but he had a feeling that it had been something that traumatized Elliot. "that maybe be a good idea, talk with him a little. just don't push it, ok? for either of you. they entered the camp and he saw Saleh up ahead, "good morning." he inclined his head, "sleep well?"

Ambrose thought about that, "there are different times because the sun rises at different times in different places. we are farther East than you, so the sun rises sooner, making our day start earlier. make sense?" she sat down and held out the food to Oliver. he shook his head a little at first, but her lifted eyebrow had him quickly grabbing a few things and taking a step away to eat them. "but we do tend to get up early, that is true. many of us need sunlight, myself included." she leaned in, "did you know i don't need to eat at all? all i have to do is go stand outside in the sunlight and i'm full! pretty cool, right?"

oliver looked at Yashweh, confused. he'd woken with Yashweh curled up against him. had the prince forgotten, or had Oliver taken the role of 'pillow' for the prince and that was now his title. there had been other 'pillow' slaves at the palace, but their roles had barely been a step up from one of the sex slaves. at least they got to sleep in the master's warm beds instead of the floor.

Leo smiled, "i slept just fine, as did the babies, thank you." he glanced back at where Hasta and Pasa were holding the boys and motioned them closer, "i am glad that you are ok with this. Elliot was newly crowned king and must be with his people, but i do not wish to simply abandon you. Saleh, i know you met in passing, but i since you will be seeing a bit more of them now Elliot is leaving, i would like to introduce you to some of my oldest friends as well as the twin's familiars. This is Hasta and Pasa, they are shadow demons and their clan are the ones that transported your people here."

Hasta lifed an eyebrow at the little prince and smirked, "guess you owe us your lif-ow!" Yuki pulled his hair mid sentence and frowned at Hasta as if he knew what the man was saying.

Pasa chuckled and bowed, letting Hasta remain upright since he was their clan leader, "what my brother means to say is 'nice to meet you'. he has a particular way of speaking, don't you think?"

Ambrose smiled and patted Yashweh's head, "then i shall have to visit! now, i need to find your brother. please excuse me, you two make sure to eat your fill!" she kissed the top of each head and left.

Oliver shook his head and looked down, "it is nothing, sire. i am glad you slept well." perhaps the prince was too young to use him as that kind of pillow and for now he would simply be the sleeping kind.
