Veroen kept his eyebrow cocked, and looked at the girl curiously. He noticed the girl reach for her other dagger, but he made no move to draw his weapons. He did not see her as much of a threat. He did not move, despite the fact that she dropped her coffee at his feet.
He spoke in a deep voice.
"I could ask you the same thing..." his eye flickered to her other hand that was reaching for another dagger.
He then slightly turned as Marcus spoke from behind him, and glanced at him silently, then back to the girl.
he closed his eye, and let out a sigh, and stepped back a few steps.
Maybe he needed to calm down a bit on his actions...
Then again, he was still under the influence of flaming rage, as well as the void.
Regardless, he wasn't about to let anyone from the Coven know of the events of tonight. He would try to keep his cover for as long as he could, because if he hadn't been reported as a traitor yet, then he could use that for whatever purpose he could muster in the future.
Veroen simply stayed silent, as he watched the girl carefully.

The other guy who appeared implied that she was young and she looked at him with a scowl, "Older." she scoffed, "Please." she growled, as she clenched her hands around the hilts, she wouldn't be able to kill them, but with one of each tip of her daggers she'd be able get away just fine. She was unsure what she had gotten herself into.

Kuala The other guy who appeared implied that she was young and she looked at him with a scowl, "Older." she scoffed, "Please." she growled, as she clenched her hands around the hilts, she wouldn't be able to kill them, but with one of each tip of her daggers she'd be able get away just fine. She was unsure what she had gotten herself into. Veroen watched her grasp her daggers, noticing her clench her hands around them. Veroen, being an assassin, was quick to notice minor details that could predict an attack.
He made no move to grasp any of his weapons, but kept himself ready in case she charged. He mentally ran through various sequences of possible ways she could attack, as well as various ways he could either kill her switly, or simply dodge her continuously, or even knock her out cold by striking her in one of many key points on the body.
He appeared to be simply watching her despite his thoughts.

Rizu walked, just a few blocks out of the park and into the heart of the city. Rizu liked the city for some strange reason, he knew that it was not necessarily in his nature to enjoy the industrial things in life but it was just something about the mentality of the city that made him feel much more comfortable. He suspected that it was due to the fact that no one really paid much attention to anyone else in the city, everyone minded there own business. You could be having an heart attack on the side walk at any given moment and you'd be staring death in the face before anyone even noticed you. Rather that be good or bad Rizu rather enjoyed the idea of blending in, it made him much more at ease to know that he did not have to constantly be weary of his actions, having to forever keep his mind focused to keep his walking pace human, to make sure that he did not show any indication of what he was. Rizu slowed down and rounded a corner to where he had picked off the fat guy that he ate for lunch. There was small traces of blood there but none that the human eye could really pickup with ease. Rizu twitched his face for a moment before leaning to the wall and crouching down using his shirt sleeve to whipe away a smudge of meat from the wall. Gross, or not, what ever. Rizu stood up direct and held his noise to the sky, it wreaked of blood. He was not alone in the city to say the least, there were many others here, and some of his kind. Though this was not surprising in the least bit he was curious about what they were doing here, he had not met another of his kind in many a year and it was actually quite nice to find someone with the same furry condition as he. But he was no meddler, and he for damn sure was not about to hunt someone down just for conversation. No, he invested far too much time into formulating his false loner image to ruin it like that, hmp.

She watched Veroen and took a step back, she wasn't sure if she should call out what he was, she drew her dagger, "I know what you are." she narrowed her eyes and tried to keep her heart rate down, her breathing steady, she wasn't sure about the other one, what he was exactly, if he was a vampire too, it was more likely that he was.

Marcus broke into a smile as he glanced over to Veroen in amusement. It appears the little girl probably wasn't so little. Great. Another vampire. The Hunter mused as he crossed his arms over his chest and shook his head slightly. Looking around for aid from the other Hunters, Marcus sighed and decided to step up and continue as the Hunter delegate.
"Look. I'm sorry for whatever it is that's got you all upset. But as you can see, this is a quasi-private moment. My friend here..." Gesturing with a nod of his head towards Veroen, "...and us were planning on leaving. So if you'd mind, put away your little knife there and we go about our business, eh?" Then, in a slow, but purposeful motion, Marcus dropped his arms and opened his blazer enough to reveal his holstered pistol.
"We aren't lookin' to hurt anybody and I'm sure you don't want to start any sh*t storms yourself. So put the dagger away and walk away. Enjoy your coffee and go do whatever you do..." The man continued as he let the blazer fall over his pistol and he gave the girl his best friendly smile he could muster. If things were to still go sour, it wouldn't be hard for the man to withdraw his weapon and pump a few rounds into the little girl's head. Hell, after all, he's had years of practice dealing with these kind of situation.

Rizu stood outside the conar store that he had picked his meal from. He was not sure what he was waiting for, he supposed he was waiting for someone to notice the fact that the store owner was dead. Humans could be so oblivious one of there own killed suddenly and no one would even bother to notice, he could not imagine if.........!!! Rizus head moved up to the sky yet again, it was the same one from before. He was pretty sure it was a female, she was in the city near him but something was wrong. Rizu took a large whiff in, not noticing that he was getting strange looks from a few passer buyers, great, now of all times the humans decide to pay attention. Rizu looked around for a moment before turning into an ally way and leaping up onto a fire escape and eventually to the roof. He perched himself, noise extended outward and raised to the sky. He could smell her and he knew where she was, but that was not the problem, he could smell something else on her. Fear. Tension. She was not alone obviously, but he was not sure what exactly was going on. Part of him wanted to charge in guns blazing but he did not know for what the situation was. Rizu cursed at himself for his hesitancy before taking a quick step and throwing himself onto the next roof, continuing on until he was perched directly adjecent to the location of the female wolf that had sniffed out. He kept himself low, down wind, and silent.
Rizu reached to his side and placed a hand on his gun waiting in silence to assest the situation, he did not want to rush down and there trigger something that may have not happened other wise, but he would not allow some s**t to go down and he do nothing about it. He was only gussing but if a wolf had fear on her it was most likely one of them. All the more reason why he was blood obligated to help her should she need him. Rizu cocked his head to the side, his eyes burning brown as it penetrated the night sky to view the situation below. From here he would wait, if she needed him he would be there for her.

Veroen could smell her...she was no Vampire. She reaked of Lycan. Veroen had seen almost all the Lycan's in the city, yet not her. She must have been new to the area.
He felt uneasy.
He glanced behind him, and behind Marcus.
No one there.
He glanced back in front of him and to the sides.
Nothing, of course other than himself, Marcus, and the Lycan girl.
His eye narrowed slightly. He only smelt her scent and Marcus' and the others.
Odd...
He rested his hand on his sheathed Katana as Marcus spoke to the girl.

She narrowed her eyes, so the other one wasn't a vampire, he was a hunter, she tilted her head to the side and looked at the pair, she grumbled under her breath, "Why when I'm on a different assignment do I always land in a pile of crap." She pointed at Markus, "Look wanna-be," she shifted her hands and pointed a long, white furred clawed finger in his direction, "I hunt both of you, and I'm sure you hunt me, though I find this little," she paused for dramatic silence as she looked at the two, "Little meeting of yours is quite interesting." she took a step back, "I didn't want any of this to happen, in fact it's my day off." she looked at the two and laughed, "Never in my life would I imagine Hunter and Vampire coming together, did hell really freeze over?" she knew she couldn't take both is she chose to engage, but it was a rule between all not to spread their war onto the human streets even though it was a hushed rumor that they as a race existed.

"I think," Meredith said as she walked around from behind a corner, coming up behind Marcus as she made her way toward the group with uncanny grace, "you all should chill out before someone ends up stabbed or shot. Really, I don't think it's worth it and I'm speaking from personal experience. You should probably let the frightened girl be on her jolly way and leave her to her coffee-drinking or whatever it was you guys were jabbering about. Jeez. Where's all the hospitality gone? Since when do you just pull a knife up out of no where? We wouldn't have this problem if we taught our kids better now would we?" She grinned in amusement as she walked past Marcus now and came to rest her eyes upon the foreboding vampire which she seemed to posess no fear of. Unlike Veroen, however, her grace was much more predatorial and animalistic. "Nah. Hell didn't freeze over. Not all of us are rigid or complete haters, you know." She said with a smile in regards to the girls question.

"Affirmative Action, sweetheart." Marcus joked as he gave her a wink. His tension eased a bit, despite the fact he noticed Veroen doing the opposite. It was clear this young lady wasn't looking for a fight and to be honest, neither was Marcus. All he had in mind was to gather the hunters that were present as well as Veroen and head to the safety.
It was then the voice of another female echoed the quiet ally that spooked Marcus a bit. I guess back up has arrived. He mused as he saw a young dark haired woman walk past him to confront the young Lycan. A smile spread across his face as he studied the girl, realizing that she looked about half his age but had the aura of a leader. It was obvious then that she was the infamous Meredith Jackson, leader of the New York Hunter Group.
"You know, I was thinking the same thing..." Marcus chimed in before chuckling. "I'm guessin' you're Miss Jackson. Pleasure to finally meet you. Raven." The Hunter said, keeping his introduction as short as possible so they could deal with the situation at hand.
"I see you got my message then. Well, we were about to head back home and discuss the turns of events, if that was alright with you, Mr. Veroen." Marcus said, his voice carrying a tone of amusement.

[[Edit]]
Veroen had been listening quietly for any signs of another in the area.
He felt like he was being watched...
Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted when Eden walked into the area. Veroen was caught off guard by her sudden appearance, and forgot about the uneasy feeling that told him that they were being watched from afar.
A mixture of feelings arose within him, and a smile crept on his face.
He said nothing, however, not quite knowing what to do. The blackened rage still consumed him inside, and he still considered himself a threat to others, though he was calm at the moment. His eye gave that away very easily, being consumed in deeper blackness than the night sky.
He hesitated for a moment, unsure of what action to take.
All he did was silently nod to marcus in reply to his question.

Rizu stood up at the appearance of another female whom he did not recognize. As he stood he allowed himself to step directly into the wind, carrying his scent down for all to smell. Talking a step he hopped down onto a fire escape which he used as a prong to flip off of landing him with a crouch on the other side of the street. This was an odd street, it lacked many street lights. Fortunate to say the least. Rizu stood there and leaned his back against a brick wall, looking on to the group talking. He was no longer down wind but he did not care right now, he could not hear exactly what they were saying over the sounds of car horns and people yelling and such, it seemed that in the city where was always something to yell about. As far as he knew there was three hostiles and one Lycan. Rizu raised his head and watched the situation in front of him, trying to sniff out the female to determine who she was. Everything seemed to be resolving itself peacefull enough but he was not going anywhere until they did. He did not trust the cold blooded freaks in the slightist, as long as one of them was here as far as he was concered the situation was already hostile. He was just waiting for someone to take it there, though he admited that he did not nessicarly want it to go that far. He was much more interested in greeting the wolf that had been conored, to let her know that he had her back , as wolves should.

Veroen stopped in his tracks, however, when he briefly caught the scent of another Lycan. Male. Then the scent disappeared.
Veroen quickly turned around, and his eye narrowed, as he saw another Lycan simply leaning against a wall, a little further down the street.
He did not recognize this scent either.
What was the deal with all the new Lycan's in New York? Jaden must have been busy...
Veroen stood there, staring directly at the Lycan in the semi-distant view.
He knew the Lycan could not have been connected to the Coven, so he did not attempt at confronting him.
He glanced back at the group, wondering if they saw him too.

Nightingale felt as if she lost her will power, something odd was going on, and she frowned as she tried to wrap her head around the whole thing, her hands had since gone back to their normal form. "What the hell is going on?" she mumbled under her breath as she took another step away from the odd group that formed around her, she didn't like this and she was completely out of her element, she was great at one on ones, but a hunter, a vampire, and now a woman who she could only assume was a vampire. She sniffed quietly, but she was upwind and couldn't catch anything, she pushed her hair back off her shoulder and stood still as if they'd forget about her, she wasn't sure what she'd do if she ran, who else knew this meeting was taking place?
